A founding principal of SCS Advisors, Inc., Mr. Salmi is directly involved in both the asset management and investment activities of the company. Mr. Salmi co-founded SCS Advisors, Inc. with Mr. John Pappas in 1997. During his tenure at SCS, Mr. Salmi has led the acquisition effort and closed on 17 hotels, directed the oversight/asset management of those 17 and another 8 hotels on behalf of fee asset management clients, and sold 12 hotels.
