The manager lies, hardly around and when she is, she’s on her phone… Repairs take forever to get done! If they get done… Apartments are small and you can hear the water in the pipes all day…
Neighbors have dogs, lots of dogs! They bark constantly and soils the fake grass… Fake grass 😳
The rent is to high for no patio, balcony, gym, recreation room , or business center! Take your money where you’ll get respected and have a decent place

Since taking over Sora on Rose apartment complex, my rent has gone up and the service I receive has gone down. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone or return my calls for days now regarding a maintenance task that the complex is trying to do. I was originally told that the work would be done last Tuesday. Nothing was done all week. I then received notice that the work will be done tomorrow, but cannot get anyone on the phone to confirm. I have been a tenant of Sora on Rose for 4 years. I planned to leave later this month but my apartment started to get trashed when I still had 8 days left on my lease.
As I have tried to get ahold of someone to help with my situation everyone seems to avoid me. They are a horrible management company that needs to be disbanded. Their managers are overwhelmed and cannot do the simple task of not trashing an apartment before the the correct date.
Update: once I finally left this horrible place they charged me 10 days more than I was there. Guess what? Once I started asking why again this company
