We had the issue with the plumbing occur twice again, since I posted this review. They had sent out a different plumber. His tech came out and cleared the line and said everything was fine. That he didn't pull anything out. That afternoon a plumber with a camera came out to see if there was anything in the line. He was and older white man and was very rude. He made FALSE claims that we were putting flushable wipes down the toilet. Worse company ever !! I signed my lease for 12 months they had the balls to put me month by month lease ??
Now they kicked us because we left a cooler outside of the apartment. They didn't renew the lease because of that and i was texting them and calling them and they never respond me back i was telling them we were going to leave the place well never got a response now they want us to charge the month of February and they own us $1236 because they charge us month by month !!

This property management is unprofessional. When we first leased our apartment it was with another company called bennett. As soon as Acora took over, they tried to charge us an extra $100, because apparently they thought that we were just leasing monthly. I thought this was odd and gave them a call because we paid over $200 to renew our lease. When I called them they said they didn't have our lease on file. Collin said he would follow up on my concerns about work orders not being completed. He also said he would arrange a date and time to get pest control into my apartment to spray for roaches, mites, and bedbugs. He was told that i have had 4 hospital visits and repeated office visits because i have developed parasitic infestations as a result of the pest control not being effective and managed for quality assurance. Pest control did not show up two times in a row for appointments made a week apart. No one followed up with me to see if i was satisfied with progress being made. I had to call the Acora

We lived at the Estilo Apartment complex for a year. In that time our dryer door broke 6 times, our kitchen light started to separate from the ceiling and had to be replaced, which took 2 months, our bathroom vent fan broke and was not replaced the last 6 months we lived there. The treatment of the concrete floors lifted in multiple places. The neighbors were nice and the apartment itself was ok, but it seemed like something was broken constantly, and management couldn't be bothered to fix it. I have been leasing with Acora for 2 years now and I love them. They are always so willing to work with tenants. They are very quick to resolve maintenances issues and answer questions. Their properties are well maintained. Some have their quirks because of the old buildings, but overall, fantastic. I appreciate Colin and the Acora team.

Colin at the Alden is great and helpful when signing the lease but after Terrible experience and he didnt care, we always got harrassed for things that happened when no one was even home , then we moved out an got charged for every single thing even for pet damage even though we paid a non refundable pet deposit that states in our lease its covered by that, we knew they didnt like us so we knew we weren't getting anything back but that was pretty petty. Taking this to the BBB because that guy should not be in charge of anything he was an awful person to deal with on anything in the apartment
