We are fully licensed company with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) and met all General Highway Safety Requirements. Our permit number is on display at our website home page. We are fully insured. Without adequate insurance, permit cannot be issued by the California Public Utility Commission.
Reservation has to be canceled not less than four hours before your requested pickup time and once a driver is dispatched to your location, a confirmed reservation cannot be canceled at the last minute. If due to flight delays and or canceled flights, please call or email us to make any adjustments to your time instead of canceling the reservation.

Nice big airport, but feels a bit dated compared to other airports. Not as many shops in the terminal for allegiant airlines, some vending machines, had to walk pretty far to get a cup of coffee, and no restaurants that I could see. They had signs for food delivery to the gate but didn't try that, perhaps next time. For such a big airport, security and lines were short. We got checked in and through security in less than 15 minutes on a Monday morning. Took another 20 minutes to get to gate as we had to wait for a bus to take us to the terminal. Airport was clean, but lacks amenities of nicer airports

This airport has many shops for you to kill time or have a bite before your flight. Haven't met any staff that was rude or hated their job. Everyone here seems genuinely happy to be here. Clean and spacious, and they have fricken Chic filet!!! I caught Airport personnel doing their job and making sure passengers didn't leave their luggage unattended. Kudos to them! So far it's always a good trip to LAX!!!! The airport staff even provided me with a discount flight phone number to call for future flights. It saved me so much money on my next flight. Huge. Confusing. I've never had so much trouble finding a Starbucks. Im just amazed that the city of Hollywood in the country that commodifies everything, you can't get a cup of coffee or even a convenience store anywhere. The USO building is a kind of modernist throwback, but the facility is a functional, but utilitarian mechanized labyrinth. International terminal is gargantuan, but much better. Diversity of people is amazing though.

Very big, organized and overall good airport. It offers a variety of options in restaurants, drinks and smoking area.
The distance between terminals isn’t too bad but there should be some kind of transportation to facilitate moving between terminals.
Expect traffic, LAX can get really busy.
There’s art work and decorations throughout the airport.

There's a smoking area, shopping and food. You can see the Hollywood sign from the smoking area. All the bathrooms I went into were very clean. The area I was in was gate 133, the smoking area is near KFC in the food court area. There's signs to guide you before entering the food court area. No food or drinks in the smoking area posted.

No plugs in seats. Many plugs in the walls are broken. Difficult to get around. No walkways or busses between terminals
Now they make you walk two miles to get a taxi or uber.
The taxi & unber prices are insane and there's no easy connection to the subway.
I hate the rules, they keep barking at you on the rules over the loudspeaker. They make you sign some attestation that you'll follow cdc guidelines. I hate that we allow the Chinese to come direct but we cannot go there on an American airline.
This was the view coming out of China Air next to our plane.
