Great experience! Easy booking and confirmation. Driver texted day before to confirm and was very professional. My flight was delayed and got to LAX much later than anticipated. I was traveling with my 5 year old son and we felt safe and didn't have to worry about whether we would be able to get home from the airport. Driver was great and confirmed we didn't have to worry he would still be there. We will always use this company and so glad we did this time! Our Driver was Drake and he was wonderful! I only wish I would have asked what jazz music he was playing, it was so soothing!!!

This is a great private car service. The driver texted me the day before so I knew who to call when I landed. The driver was there when I landed (even though I landed 30 minutes early). He assisted with my luggage and kept a very clean car. Not only was he professional but he was also personable and friendly. We even had a nice conversation on the way to my hotel. He recommended some places to eat in the area. I will definitely be using this service again!

I had the BEST experience recently with this service primarily due to my driver from Xpress Shuttles service, Scott Escalante. I had to make a trip to pick up my mom's kitten on a turnaround trip where I had been flying all day consisting of several flights. I was very tired, hungry, and a bit anxious to get back home to my mom who wasn't feeling well and check on my own pets who had been left alone. Not only was my flight schedule monitored (as was explained) but Scott was very patient, kind, prompt, friendly, and a pleasure during the entire experience. He made the rather exhausting

I am blown away by these guys! They went above and beyond. My mother flew in to visit and I was so nervous because she is older and not the best with using her cell phone also COVID has made things even more crazy. The lady who made the reservation over the phone was so helpful and informative. She assured me that my mom would be taken care of AND SHE WAS! The driver met her at baggage claim with a sign, grabbed her luggage and safely brought her to my home. Call Xpress Shuttles if you are looking for dependable and quality service.

Awesome service! I had to travel to Anaheim for a conference. It was my first time traveling alone and I had so much anxiety. My main concern was safety. I was very fortunate to find and reserve with Xpress Shuttles. They pick you up and drop you off door to door. Their communication is excellent. The company as well as the assigned driver contacted me the night before to confirm my reservation. They are very professional and drive safe. The two drivers I had were Scott and Bilal.

This company is so professional. They are always on time (and usually 10 minutes early), the drivers are nice and more importantly SAFE. I can't tell you how many times I've felt uneasy in a super shuttle ride.
We use them for airport travel and when we stay in La Quinta for The stagecoach music festival. This year we took them from studio city to La Quinta and it was just like using them to get to the airport, easy and professional. Gene was a great driver and we requested for him to bring us back. Please avoid the headache of super shuttle and book with Xpress shuttle!

It's hard for me to use companies like Uber and Lyft when there are reliable companies like Xpress Shuttle.
I've used them for years to get to the airport and not once have they forgotten about me or did me wrong. The times I've used the ride share companies something goes wrong. From annoying passengers to literally not getting picked up using ride share companies is a nightmare.

Drivers are friendly and are the airport prior to your arrival for your return flight. You are always provided with the driver's cell phone number at least 24 hours prior to your pick up day and time.
