Excellent driver, so easy to reserve too! We loved the communication by text too, and the prompt pickup was fantastic. We appreciate the ease of communication with the driver/company, compared to other companies we have used, they were far above in customer service with the texts right when we landed, texts when they were near, just great. Really good experience. The on line reservation process is easy and straight forward. The driver called even before my pick up time to let me know he was already there. First and foremost I booked a private vehicle and got a shared minibus instead because the original driver wouldn't be there on time. Secondly our driver was by far the worst driver we could have expected. He never drove over 50 mph ON THE FREEWAY (by the way minimum speed is 55 mph) and decided the perfect lane to drive in would be the fast lane. We had vehicles speeding past us, honking and merging quickly in front of us to show the driver he shouldn't be in that lane. He was continually on his phone, whether that be talking or looking at his screen. I had my children in that vehicle

The shuttle service was on time and the drivers were nice. There was plenty of communication so you knew that the service was scheduled and the texts from the driver let you know they were en route to pick you up. This service made getting to and from the airport stress free. I would definitely use this service again.

Literally, thee nastiest vehicle I’ve ever been in. Gross! Like I was even scared to sit as the seats were so filthy. The van smelled like alcohol and cigarette. Used water bottles and wrappers all over the floor/in cup holders. Ewww The driver was also late picking us up to take us back to the airport. Unacceptable!

Was in LA for a week and used karmel for our transportation to and from the airport. We also did the 5 hour go anywhere you want to go shuttle. I will only use them anytime I’m in LA. The drivers were polite and professional. They were on time every time. The cost wasn’t unreasonable for what I was getting. Plenty of room for luggage and up to 10 people.

Worst experience ever. I waited for an hour for my shuttle. Called 4 times and was told to wait 5 minutes each time. Then a driver comes from the same company with an empty van and can't pick me up because he's got another person scheduled. I waited in 90 degree weather for an hour with a 5 year old. Do not use this shuttle if you have a flight to catch.

Like many of the people who have already left reviews, if I could leave a zero I would. This was some of the worst customer service and communication from a "professional" organization in all of my 30 years of traveling. Our drivers were amazing, but dispatch and communication were atrocious. We called several times to update contact information for our various pick ups and drop offs, with no response or with them saying things were updated but we're not. DO NOT trust these people. They don't care about you, your safety, or even that you made a reservation with them. When we arrived at LAX they kept putting us off saying "10 more minutes." When they finally did arrive I approached the driver, gave him my name, and then told me he wasn't my driver and let another family bargain for a ride instead. I called dispatch and they verified that my driver picked up another family. After demanding a new driver, we were finally picked up after waiting in front of the airport for an hour and a half.

Had an amazing trip... until our shuttle back to the airport...Karmel Shuttle over booked our driver and he was just about an hour late! Thank goodness I book a little early to our flight but basically an hour late for an airport pickup was ridiculous. Joe the dispatch guy is not a very pleasant person to deal with. He is lucky to have the amazing drivers he does have. Karmel shuttle needs to get it together.

Extremely disappointed. Our flight was at 3:45pm from LAX to SF (one hour flight) and they wanted to pick us up at 11:30am. We'd have to wait for almost 4 hours at the airport. I called and asked to be picked up at 1pm and they said they had no availability and how airports are very busy. We travel often enough to know being at the airport 4 hours prior to an one hour domestic flight is unreasonable.

Do NOT use them! We were waiting at grand Californian and they showed up over 40 mins late for pick up. We got the run around from dispatch saying driver was in traffic and then driver had to drop off at Disneyland hotel etc. Driver picking us up stated he only got the assignment 5 mins before picking us up, not at our assigned pick up time! Dispatch stated driver was in valet line and to go walk to him with all our luggage instead of driver coming to us in the rideshare pick up line. And on top of this, we saw 2 other Karmel vans doing pick up while we were waiting. Never using again or recommending

What a nightmare! Organized a trip from LAX to the Grand Californian hotel. We were promised a "private car", only to see an unmarked van pull up to our waiting spot with four other people already inside. We loaded our luggage and proceeded on one of the most dangerous rides I've ever been on before, and I've ridden plenty of taxis in NYC. Our driver reached speeds of 85 MPH, usually by honking his horn repeatedly to make sure other cars avoided him, and zigzagging between the car pool lane and the next lane over. Had a great ride home from LAX last night. My driver, I believe he said Jaqueez ( forgive the spelling, I didn't think to ask). He was pleasant and we chatted easily most of the ride home. There was an accident that had just occurred and had traffic backed up for miles. He very skillfully and politely got us safely around it. I'd recommend Karmel to anyone. Thanks for a great ride home. I'll be calling again next time I fly out.

If i could give half a star, i would. my shuttle service was canceled by this company the day before my flight home. they claimed they were overbooked. totally unacceptable!!!! this company is subcontracted by super shuttle. this is the second trip where super shuttle canceled our transportation. the last time it was canceled within an hour of our pickup to the airport. don't use super shuttle as they are outsourcing their contracts to inferior companies. look at previous reviews by other clients. faulty equipment, poor drivers.

Once of the worst experiences I've had in 45 years of traveling. We waited almost an hour for a driver. The dispatcherror was rude every time we spoke, and kept telling to look for a van or a suburban.
But instead we got a sedan instead of the van we paid for, I had to load all my own bags to avoid the driver damaging our luggage, we had sit with some of our luggage in our laps and in between our legs, our driver was programing his GPS while he was driving. AND I still had to give him directions even though he had a GPS.

We booked our trip through COSTCO to Disneyland.
Karnel shuttle was the shuttle that was part of the package.
Upon arrival from the airport service was great driver was friendly.
They dropped us at the Marriott suites and we were actually staying at the delta Marriott next door. So no big deal we just walked across the parking lot.
Here's where our experience went south and quickly! Karmel shuttle was set to pick us up at 12:50. Pm. We called at noon to confirm we were out front of our hotel Delta Marriott and gave them the address to ensure they picked us up at our hotel and not next
