DO NOT DO IT.
Visited a friend for the holiday. ROACHES. You've seen the reviews. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. Mold everywhere. The dumpster smells like urine. People leave their dogs outside at 7:30am to bark. The maintenance staff is decently nice. The security guards are creepy, asking for my Snapchat while I'm walking back at midnight and following behind me in their golf carts. On that walk you pass homeless people along the gates passed out or yelling at themselves, and the gate that used to be closer to that neighborhood you have to park nearly a half mile away was completely shut down

Bad:
*you just simply wont always have hot water
*you will see bugs weekly
*terrible insulation-you end up paying the price big time for utilities
*Parking is atrocious here and im from the East Coast where parking is historically bad
Honestly they towed my car from the guest lot without a warning or anything and they know there is one street with street-side parking within a mile of here and its always packed and always having break ins. I just moved in and loving it so far! It is very peaceful and the property is very well maintained. The property management team and specifically Tasi has been very helpful. I have had bad experiences with property management at my last place and this one seems to be much better. Tasi has gone out of her way to make sure my questions were answered and help get settled in.

I don’t understand how Tasi got hired as a leasing manager she doesn’t know a single thing about customer service, she acts like she owns the place and has an attitude like she can’t be replaced. She needs to get fired ASAP. 4 out of 5 times she picks a fight & puts the blame on you. She retaliate by wasting your time & making you wait while she makes personal phone calls & making it obvious.

It is no secret that the guest parking is an issue, but that is clearly stated when signing the lease. Heres the issue folks. We came in with 3 cars because we are renting a 3 bedroom place. Seems reasonable right? They only gave us 2 spots and was told to park in the TJ Maxx lot for the 3rd car. Well they just lost the contract with that lot and now we have no where else to park our 3rd car. That's fine I'm sure they will allow us to park in the MANY open spots that other residents don't use because they don't have a car. NOPE. We were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness and basically were told

Tasi in the Leasing Office is awesome! She was so helpful with the whole process and always so pleasant. She really made me feel welcomed. The apartments I looked at were all very cute and clean. The grounds are well maintained and it's been nice to see all the baby ducks and geese just don't get too close. I had an issue with the toilet when I first moved in and maintenance fixed it right away. Location is pretty great too as there are stores and restaurants close by as well as the freeways. Would recommend these apartments if you are looking.

Parking is horrid here, the unregulated guest parking spots they have are full with the residents cars so people like me who visit can’t find a place to park for the day. I know they’re resident cars because you see them switching their cars to save that spot for themselves.
If they want to do better, have parking time limits for those spots with no overnight parking. I don’t understand why they don’t do that already. Sheesh.

Been living here for a little over a year now, and my family and I love it! This place is your own paradise away from the city. Absolutely beautiful lake and landscape, which makes taking our one year old on walks great. Lots of wildlife around the lake too! The people who work here, from the office staff to the maintenance and landscape workers, are so incredible and friendly. They do a wonderful job keep our home clean and safe. We have always had our questions and concerns answered promptly. And the neighbors/community are wonderful. People here are so friendly. We have made a decent amount

My husband and I lived on the first floor facing the lake and loved waking up everyday to the beautiful view and had great privacy. Our apartment was updated and quiet! but you will find a cockroach every week in your place. I’ve NEVER seen so many cockroaches in my life. We left after 2 years there and in our new place I have yet to see one after being here for 1 year. We loved the area and the people but having a cockroach exterminator come every few months and still seeing so many roaches was a huge reason we left. If your thinking about it I recommend not being near the lake if you can help

Just moved in a few days ago and we are so impressed with this complex. We are especially happy about their kind and diligent staff. The leasing manager, Tasileta Rothenberger, is extremely professional but also so friendly. She has answered every question and call that we have made. We feel that we were given amazing instructions on the complex and already feel at home. Moving can be pretty rough and we had a bunch of boxes on our patio. Tasi called and asked if we would like them to be taken out. This was a life saver to say the least. We even got a goodie bag when we moved in! Tasi has made

I like the environment to live in these apartments, the atmosphere is familiar and peace full, in addition the lake and the ducks, Canadian, Egyptian geese, fish, turtles' birds etc, totally beautiful.
Most of the property staff are friendly and very helpful but Tasi and Nancy are super-efficient, amazing, they are friendly and willing to answer all questions, and maintenance/ground team are always cleaning, overall, the property look good and we feel safe in this community.
I don't have anything negative to say, no one is perfect. ;-)

Beautiful place. Great place if you like wildlife... I've witnessed ducks, Canadian and Egyptian geese, sturgeon, vultures, turtles, coi fish, trout, cat fish... and probably much more...
Make sure to make an appointment- but mostly everything can be done online or just email the office. They are really quick to get back to you. Gisselle and Courtney usually help me out and they never miss a beat!
Parking can be difficult if you're fighting for guest parking but you do get 2 assigned space, or at least 1, and you can rent out additional parking spaces for a reasonable parking fee.

Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived at so far. I just renewed for my 2nd year & received a complementary house cleaning (whoever they contracted did an amazing and detailed job). I feel like everyone in the office to maintenance really care about this place and have a genuine and empathetic characteristic about them. This place is beautiful and so relaxing. The staff is prompt and very kind. Tasi was our point of contact and she is sweet, fun, and helpful. Just a delightful person. We loved working with her on getting the new apartment and moving in.
The pond with all the birds, ducks, and turtles is so relaxing and scenic. The grounds are very well maintained. There are cute benches near the pond where you will find cute couples sitting and families playing around with their dogs. So safe and lovely.

This complex is garbage! The whole complex is Roach infested! Walk the property at night before you consider moving in.. they are everywhere. Car break ins and transients dumpster diving every day.
I moved in during summer and my ac was broken. After more than 10 complaints and attempts to have it fixed we were finally in the cooler months and I gave up.
Just moved out and was charged $800... what a joke. My apartment was immaculate other than the damages that were there when I moved in. $300 to finish the tub which was stained and gross when I moved in along with $163 for paint and other charges

Moving day for me. I lived here 2 yrs. It's a wonderful place to call home. If you're thinking of moving in, ask for Tamara Campbell !She's the best! I'm going to miss all the ducks and geese and turtles and those funny birds that swim under the water! The lake also has beautiful Koi Fish! If you're looking for a place in Santa Ana, definitely check this place out!
