Brian has over 14 years of experience in the automotive repair industry and is an ASE/Honda certified Master Technician. Before opening Eagle in 2004 Brian served as a shop foreman to one of the state's largest Honda dealerships, so he knows what it takes to give expert service and offers it with a personal touch that dealerships can't provide.
Just an oil change this time. As always, did a great job. A couple of suggestions. 1 When I tried to set an appointment online, they did not respond until after the two dates and times I had selected. Maybe check emails more often to see requests. 2--How do I get the inspection results. Asked for a oil change on the wife's car, ended up with a full health report of car's condition which was nice to know just before a road trip.

Ask shop to replace struts and rear shocks on my Cruze. The manager sold me on replacing spring as well as struts. Talked a good game so I agreed. Bad choice. Anyway, after work was completed I noticed the front of the car was lower than original. I pointed this out to the manager but was told strut and spring was correct per their information. I said it was unsatisfactory. I wanted the front end to have the proper clearance. I was then informed that the strut/spring was pre assembled unit. I went to the new Wheat Ridge location for my dashboard lights being on, Scott and Dan did a great job of explaining to me the issue with the vehicle and explaining what would need to happen. They did well getting my car in and the work completed. The waiting area was cleaned and the customer service was excellent.

True skeptic that I am, I was immediately put at ease by their friendly staff and prompt service. After all my questions were answered regarding the battery replacement, I inquired about an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised with the price quotes.

They checked out everything and helped me prioritize what was worth fixing if I decided to look for a new car vs extending the life of my car. Did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need and were not condescending, which often happens to single females. Also ordered me a lift to get back to work. I recently had them do some major work on my SUV. A few days later I had an issue. They took my vehicle back and found the issue and did the repair. They called me and kept me informed, then when the work was done I picked my car up and they didn't charge me. I made an appointment for diagnostics on a service engine light that another shop had repaired everything they could and the light was still on. When I took my vehicle in on Thursday at 7am they still didn't know what the problem was by Thursday night before closing. I understand there was extra time that needed to be spent, but I felt as if making an appointment didn't help to get my vehicle looked at in a timely manner. I was in Denver for just a few days at the beginning of a longer road trip and was having issues with my car. I let them know that I had a limited time before I had to leave town, and what the situation was. They inspected the car end-to-end for safety, since it's a new-to-me vehicle, and not only repaired the initial problem, but were able to take care of a couple of other safety issues that would have been an issue very soon. To me, customer service is just as important as the product. Fortunately, Brian Bates, the owner of Eagle Automotive Service feels the same way. He truly cares about his customers. Normally, they do a great job! But if anything goes wrong, if you have a complaint, Brian will do whatever he can to make it right. Eagle automotive is very thorough in their work. I got an oil change and I was surprised at the time and dedication put forth when working on your vehicle. They sent me their inspection findings. I feel these were very accurate and nothing was exaggerated or false just to get me back in the door. Honest auto repair shops are the best shops!

STAY AWAY! I have recently moved into the Littleton area. I loved my previous mechanic and asked him how he decides to change out the transmission and brake fluid. He said he looks at the colors of the fluid (and that might not have been exactly what he said) . Eagle said my brake fluid and transmission fluid both needed to be changed out. I thought I'd get a second opinion so I also went to Jeno's. I didn't like the answer either one gave me for why it needed to be done. I had a fantastic experience with Scott and Marcia today. My husband and I dropped off both of our vehicles to get inspections and oil changes. The mechanics were able to get them both done in the same day. I loved the fact that we didn't have to sit and wait, Scott just scheduled an Uber! What a great idea! I feel the results of the needed repairs were honest and right on.
I was also very pleased that while we were waiting. Marcia was on the phone and I have to say her customer service skills are on point!!

Took one of our vans in to Eagle from our fleet for evaluation on some leaks and an overall tune-up. They were very responsive, finding a way to get the van immediately as we can't do our job without it. Their evaluation fee was reasonable and the evaluation was very thorough. The estimate we received was on-par and better priced for items that we have had done elsewhere. We agreed to the work, which included a new head gasket, brakes, master cylinder, and other clean-up items and everything up to this point appears

Used Eagle before thought experience went well. When I went to eagle a second time to fix same issue on my car though, received a whole different experience. Was quoted an out the door price, but later found out they forgot to include some services charges. Also while doing research I found their price was substantionally higher for an after market part. When questioned about this I was met with a callous attitude. Picked up my car to take it elsewhere (for less $ with an OEM part) and was charged miscellaneous fees when I was told I wouldn't be charged these fees. Worked with Brian there

I stopped by Eagle for a vehicle pre buy inspection, and it was very helpful. They found existing issues that needed to be addressed, and went a step further to offer advice on if I should buy the car when I asked them to shoot me straight. It's clearly not their job to try and persuade you one way or the other, but rather to report their findings. That's why I appreciated the open and honest opinion when I asked for it.
