He always treats you like family. My husband purchased my first sewing machine in 2000 (which still gets serviced) from here, my mother had her machine repaired/serviced here.

Tom is snide & snotty. He basically told me my Singer Heavy duty 4452 sewing machine was a bottom of the line, made in China hunk of junk (*actually top selling machine in USA for light leather.) I simply wanted an assessment/diagnosis. Instead he explained he most likely wouldn't fix it for me regardless since it's "cheap" machinery even though I was willing to pay the $25 bench fee. What a way to lose business. I'm a self employed leathersmith and as a business owner I was shocked how I was talked to and belittled. This vet only gets one star bc I have to otherwise it's a big 0.
