Very friendly technician looked at my broken 1960's sewing machine and helped my decide that it wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciated his honesty and time he took to look at the machine and talk to me.

D and R is expanding. They are working on getting a new website up but you get updates via Facebook right now.
They will have hands on classes on embroidery and applique soon. I talked to Liz who is their design digitizer.
Very friendly staff.

The owners are always available and more than willing to help with all problems. Anytime I've had an issue or question they are move than willing to help.
