Our crawl space sealing process involves our proprietary KIM reconstruction mixture with a crystal ingredient that grows into existing concrete and makes it non-porous, in other words; it repels and stops excessive moisture or water from entering concrete pores. We use a combination of our KIM concrete product and a stone vapor barrier to encapsulate and seal your crawl space completely.

My neighbor and I both had really bad basement water problems so we decided to work together. We sat through four estimates. Dry Basement Systems really knew what they were talking about they explained how they would keep our foundations strong and make them dry. The crews were great and the installation went exactly as planned. The technician that came out to our house and the crews were truly professional and very clean . Dry basement systems was more affordable than any of the other three estimates but after I saw the job that they did I would've gladly have paid more than the price of the most

I have had a water problem in my basement for several years but with all this rain this spring the water problem became absolutely terrible. I called Dry Basement Systems along with three others and they were by far the best their representative was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He also was very thorough. He explained all about my foundation and the best way and the most affordable way to fix it. The crew were hard working professional and left the basement spotless. They used special dust control techniques and when finished walked me through the entire job.
