We had some concerns about excess humidity and moisture in our unfinished basement, but luckily no obvious water issues. We also had questions about cracks in our basement foundation as well. The company scheduled Paul to come out within a few days. He was incredibly professional, explained everything and relieved our concerns. He recommended installing a waterproofing system if we decide to finish the basement in the future, but explained that we don't need one now. The technician, Paul, showed up at our house right on time and quickly diagnosed the problems that were causing water to pool in our basement during rain storms. He explained the issues clearly and made sure I understood the best methods to resolve them, allowing me to take detailed notes.
Furthermore, he was very honest in that not all of the problems could be fixed by American Dry as one of the primary issues could only be fixed by a mason/landscaper.
I would highly recommend a visit from American Dry if you are seeing water/flooding in your basement as we would never have diagnosed this issue

For the past decade my basement has been getting flooded mostly on heavy rainfalls. The past couple of years even small storms have caused a wet basement. I researched a number of companies and I felt that American Dry Basement Systems had the best approach so I had them give me a quote.

I have had multiple evaluations to address the water issue in my basement, and by far, Paul Silva from American Dry Basement Systems was the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward. He spent significant time and went well beyond the expected to investigate the problem and determine the underlying issue. The other companies seemed more interested in selling a cookie cutter, one size fits all system. Paul's approach was completely different. We were suffering from water flowing out of the basement walls and onto the floor whenever there was heavy rain. It kept getting worse and we decided to call American Dry Home Basement Systems. Their Representative told us what needed to be done. We decided to hire them and were scheduled to have the repairs done in about 15 days. However, I woke up the next day only to find a flood in our basemen. We contacted ADBS and they were able to move their schedule around, thanks to their Rep and their customers. They came the next day and the 3 workers completed the job the same day. They did a good job
