Our state of the art facilities at S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home are specifically designed to insure a comfortable and dignified environment. We also have a total facility on-site generator in the event of a power disruption. The home contains four spacious viewing rooms, which are beautifully decorated to provide a serene, private and peaceful atmosphere.
Social Security has cut back the benefits payable for funeral expenses. Social Security will pay a lump sum death benefit of $255 to a surviving spouse or dependent children only. No benefit is paid to survivors upon the second spouse's death. The Veterans Administration (VA) will pay a burial allowance up to $1500 if the veteran's death is service-connected.

During this most difficult of times they took care of all the necessary arrangements for our beloved dad. Peter the manager was wonderful he took time to explain all pertinent details. His and his staff's is services are truly professional. The place is spotless, they have ample parking. Our service was private and classy. I'm very impressed and recommend them definitely when you're considering funeral services.

My husband's service was held here and it was the most personable, sweet & professional experience from start to finish.
