If I could rate this company 0 zero stars, I would. The machines don’t wash any type of clothing properly . I thought it was just me with the detergent but no it’s actually the machine. I’ve actually stayed watching how it cycles and it’s ridiculous . Definitely not worth using and PURCHASING . Very dissatisfied.

The customer service is horrendous This company dryer which is located in my building ruined a 40 dollar blanket I purchased and I called and got the worst customer service ever will never use their washers or dryers ever again they constantly ruin laundry and when you call to say something they hang up on you DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER This Company is the worst

Wish I could give 0 star, these people are stealing your money everytime I load $20 I only get 2 wash and 2 dry which is 175 each. I had 12 on my card it only give me 2 wash. What happen to the rest of my money??? I call the woman that answer was so rude and loud put me on hold 4 frigin times. I don't know who the owner is but you people need to get your act together. I have to find another Laundromat

I have never been treated so poorly by customer service as I have with this company. Honestly shocking for someone to hang up or put you on hold mid sentence trying to explain the different buildings where laundry machines are not working. Will not be using the laundry machines at my complex any more to avoid having to deal with this company ever again.

Absolutely horrible. Their machines are always breaking down & take a long time for them to come out & fix. When you call they say they will take care of it and nothing. Half the time they have no idea what address you are calling for and they don't replace machines just fix them so they break down again. Basically like putting a band aid on them. These machines are in an apartment complex so they get a lot of use daily. They should replace the machines that are constantly breaking down instead of raising the prices to wash and dry clothes. Horrible company

Since they’ve taken over the laundry rooms here at the complex the service went from acceptable to piss poor. Over the years I’ve called them to complain and on three separate occasions they promised to send me a new card with five to $10 on the card. Each time I gave them my address and I have received no card. I am out of at least $15.00 from malfunctions of the card the machine where the money dispenser . They do not back up their service they do not back up their machines they don’t not back up any part of their business. I’ve even complained to the management of the building that has

Useless bunch of people! Their machine broke with my bedding inside. They tell me they won't be out for 2 days!! So 2 days my bedding will sit in water and I should except that!!?? SMH my complex went from bad to worse bringing these garbage machines in. Oh do not let me forget that the people who answers their phones are complete idiots.

My jacket was scratched by their wash machine while spinning. I tried to reach out to customer services. Of course, there is no feedback. Their customer service phone call was managed by another calling company, which means customers cannot reach out to them directly. It is up to them to contact you if they want to. Those terrible businesses make me wondering Why 0 star is not an option for google map?

Goldfarb uses this company's service and they have been terrible this past year. My apartment complex uses 12 dryers / washers and about 5 of each are not working. And three of the dryers have not been working for months! Tenants are now leaving post-its, warning each other about dryers not working. This is madness.

This company is absolutely horrible. My clothes were stuck in one of their machines on a Saturday and I called 3 times. The lady told me that a service request was put in and that someone would call me back. No one called or came to service the machine. I finally reached their offices and the lady told me that there was no message on file. She also rudely told me that they don't choose to run their business 24/7 and if you have problem on the weekends, you're stuck until Monday. Horrible business.
