The owner has seemed to change to a kind woman instead of the Asian elderly couple? The couple was a bit stingy about kids but hey me too you know? The atmosphere is nice and there’s a tv to watch the news, that is if you understand Spanish :) there’s a vending machine and if you’re not satisfied with the vending you’re welcome to go next door

My favorite spot to do laundry when I'm in town for business. The owners are very nice and helpful. Facility is clean, machines are maintained well, and there's lots to do to pass time!

I've been there several times and the place is nice and clean. Easy to get to and has a parking lot and there's also street parking available as well. Plenty of dryers and washers available to use. Never had any issues getting my clothes washed and dried. They have vending machines so you can sit back and wait while getting a snack or drink. There's also a Dollar Tree store nearby, so if you need to kill time, that place is available to visit. Reasonable prices for washing clothes.

This is by far the best laundromat in Chicago. The pricing is fair, the washing machines and dryers do a good job, and the facility is clean. The employees at Top Coin Laundry are very friendly as well!

When we lived in the city, this was the go to place for laundry for us. Unfortunately, we moved to the suburbs and wish that Top Coin was closer to us. The place is super clean, staff is friendly and understanding if there are any issues.

Usually crowded, social distancing and masks are not enforced. Kept organized but not always clean. Machines are averagely priced and industrial size washers are available.

Made me and my siblings feel very unwelcome. It's location is very convenient but the workers made me not only feel unwelcome but uncomfortable as they watched me the entire time...

The employees are so rude, I've always had an issue at this place. I gotten into an altercation once and no one stood by from having the disrespectful guy verbally attacking me.The coin machine had given me a couple coins the size of quarters. It's usually crowded, the bathroom never has any paper towels or toilet paper, the rubber on the dryer is constantly falling out.

Love this place! This is definitely my go to laundromat in my area. Very friendly and helpful workers. It's a bit small but never gets to busy. Love my neighborhood and feel comfortable even leaving my clothes to wash while I walk to the store.
Once I forgot a load in the dryer and went home. Started putting clothes away and realized I was missing a whole load. It had been 3 hours later after leaving before I realized it. I rushed back to find my clothes exactly where I left them. This place will continue to get my business.

Does it’s job. I go there every so often. It’s nice to do clothes obviously not on the busy days but machines work great!

My only complain is the washers/dryers dont have timers so we have no idea how long are those goes for. everything else is ok

The place was nice and clean the machines work, but costumer service from the guy that works there is terrible. I would have became a regular customer if it wasn't for the lack of customer service. The guy was rude after I put .50 cents extra in my machine, keep in mind this was my first time there. I asked if I can get it back since it was an honest mistake. I thought the machine need .25 more so I put in twice when I realize it meant I had 25 minutes. The guy said no! That he didn't see me put that amount in and that it was my fault, that I should focus more on what I'm doing.

Fast and powerful machines. The owners were generous and helpful to guide me how to use washers and dryer with different weights. They taught me tricks to save money and time. They even gave me extra detergent because mine ran out.

The washers and dryers are well labeled by capacity and all seemed to be in-service. The facility is very clean, and the staff and other patrons were all very nice.

I was really in need of a drop off laundry service and this one is close to my house. I dropped off several bags of clothes and bedding with the owners yesterday who seemed nice. I came back last night to pick them up and everything seemed ok, but it was a different person there. However, when I checked all the bags, A LOT of stuff was missing, including my expensive winter coat. I went back first thing this morning and the same woman that I picked up the clothes was there. When I told her that I had a lot of stuff missing, she brought me over to a dryer and said "Is this your stuff?" I said yes

One of the better places to do laundry. The owners are nice and friendly. The washer and dryers are still new looking, although they've been open a couple years now.
