Supreme Laundry Service, LLC is a privately owned Illinois company that is proud to service Chicago and suburbs, northern Indiana and southern Wisconsin. We lease, rent, sell and service commercial washers and dryers to all who wish our excellent services. Our primary customers are condominiums and their management companies and apartment building owners.
We are based in Chicago. In addition to coin-operated equipment, we offer the newest state-of-the-art card operated equipment available. Our staff attends factory authorized service classes on a regular basis. We believe constant training keeps us in touch with the new technology in our industry that allows us to better serve our customers.

We are distributors for Speed Queen and Whirlpool and believe that they make the best washers and dryers on the market today. We also have been installing and operating the newest technologies of Smartcard systems for over 10 years.

Our building has some lowlifes that mess up the washers and dryers pretty frequently. Over-loads, sitting on machines, trying to use tokens, etc, etc. I'm a renter in the building and every time I call, they make repairs quickly,
especially helpful since we only have 4 washers and 4 dryers in a building with over 70 units. I don't know what this other reviewer is talking about because our services have been OUTSTANDING!

The worst company EVER...customer service does not exist...call number and NO ONE EVER picks up! The only number where a person will pick up immediately is their billing department go figure! I HATE THIS COMPANY....If it were up to me I would not utilize them! EVER! They got no stars...their rating is 0

My building uses Supreme. Over the past year and a half, their dryers have failed me six or seven times. The machines turn and charge my card but the clothes do not get dry. I've put a note on the dryer each time and left a message on Supreme's answering machine. They've have never called back despite me leaving my number every time in accordance with their instructions for a refund.
I would not hire them to manage a building's machines.
