Thank you for taking such great care of 87 year old dad today! My dad did 44 years in the service and is a double amputee. Auggie, the sales guy is Awesome ! I bought my mom's scooter from him about a year ago. He was so attentive to our needs I told him he will always get it business. Called him up today about an air bed for my friend's mom. He asked me a few questions and I answered to the best of my know how. Auggie said these wonderful words, "I have it in store now". My husband had been advised by his physical therapist to buy a particular product, which wasn't even in stock at other sites. After caring for an elderly grandparent, Augie is knowledgeable about products and carries only those he feels work well for his clients. Because he submits large orders, we were able to find not only the product recommended but an even better one that can be used more easily when transferring to and from a car. I was in need of a particular piece of medical rehabilitation equipment. Called this business because my dad had had several very positive interactions with them. What I needed they did not have in stock and was going to be replenished in two days. That was the expected arrival date. The gentleman that answered my phone call about all this was amazingly helpful. I was given excellent advice, and help. I had two wheelchairs and wondered which was the best to fix. I was told the one was beyond repair, plus it was an inferior product. The second chair only needed need footpads, and he sold me mental pads. Instead of charging me to clean he gave me advice on how I could do so, saving me money. Great, service, and honest, definitely worth the look see you need to repair a chair, and from what I saw of the merchandise quality merchandise if you want to purchase or rent.

Auggie has been our family’s trusted “go-to” guy for almost a decade. We purchased a lifting chair for my mother, followed by a walker for my father, and today I bought a new wheelchair from him. He’s knowledgeable about both his products and the needs of people with mobility problems, and he treats us like members of his own family. I haven't yet rented from Marion Medical, but my first visit there was so positive I felt compelled to write. Augie, the owner, explained that, because of a big charity walk, he had no wheelchairs left to rent. He spent some time with me, however, patiently explaining what I should look for, both when renting and purchasing a wheelchair. He was helpful and knowledgeable. What's more, his prices are MUCH better than the competitor, as I learned when I had to rent a wheelchair elsewhere. In short, this was a very good experience and I would trust this company with any business I might have

Some idiot gave a 1-star review because the phone wasn't answered?! Jeez.
My grandpa broke his hip a couple weeks ago so I went here to get a wheelchair and portable toilet, among other needed supplies.
When I first walked in I was taken aback--was expecting a plethora of supplies of every kind. It was fairly sparse, and I initially thought, "Wow, not much of a store."
