Nancy is wonderful. When I wanted an incontinence product with a certain PH, she researched it. When I had an issue with tuckable bed pads, again, she took time and energy to come up with the best solution for our situation. She knows a lot, she has many local contacts, and she goes out of her way to bring it all together for her customers.

Nancy was absolutely amazing helping me getting the medical supplies I needed for my husband & my mother. She was kind enough to open her store on a Sunday evening! We traveled from Southern CA to Northern CA, our order were made it by phone/internet, she got everything we needed as promised delivered just on time we arrived to our new home. When we visited the store, I couldn’t be happier to find out, I could buy everything that was necessary to made my husband, who is wheelchair bound, and my mother, bed ridden, life easier. Yes! We were in need of a wheelchair for a couple of weeks to get to doctor appointments after a hospitalization. Nancy at Life Care HME helped us in deciding which style would work best for our needs. We used one of the transport chairs that she had available. It was exactly what we needed.
