Poor customer service. Did not return my phone call. When I finally got a hold of them...they were not willing to work with my short term need. I was told it was a per week rate and I could not rent for two weeks only! I must commit to a 4 week or more period of time. Aren't you in the business to see people get better?

Went to get a "Rollator" (4 wheel walker) for my Grandmother, the people here were really knowledgeable and nice. They taught me how to find the right one for her and they even helped put it in my car. It's a family run store too so it's nice to help support a business like that. Hope I don't need anything soon, but if I do I know i'm coming here!

DO NOT GO HERE !!! This place is horrible, they are not family friendly, I just walked in with my children and talked to one of the staff members about something I needed. I then heard this older lady in a loud voice telling my daughter to get off a chair and practically screamingly at me to get my child off the chair. I was not asked, I was demanded. I told them you should ask and not scream, I was not even there a minute when all of this happened. Then I was told if I cannot control my children then I should leave. I told “do I need to hold their hand the whole time I am in here“? and I was

This place was a nightmare. Called early morning about renting a wheelchair. A young man answered the phone and told me he had wheelchairs, but they only went to 280. Once I found out how much my Dad weighed, we went straight there to pick it up because he was 250. Go there to rent it and the young man tell me it only goes to 240. So my Dad and husband went in to see if they would let them try it and the young man then tell them he has to be 20 lbs under the 240. This Guy just kept coming back with further reasons why we could get a wheelchair from them. Called Yosemite and they reserved one for
