I'm a lifelong resident of Butler, PA so I was excited when the opportunity to open my State Farm agency in my hometown presented itself in 2013. I'm a second-generation State Farm Insurance Agent and I started my career with State Farm in 2008 working as a team member in my mother's agency.
My experience working in an office prior to my own really taught me how to provide exceptional coverage to our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, and financial services.I'm so proud to be Butler's local State Farm Insurance Agent and I'm looking forward to watching my agency continue to grow and customers turn into family.

Do not recommend doing business with them. They were overcharging me for about 6 months. I was told a monthly premium and then month after month billed about $100 more than the price agreed upon. I recently switched insurance companies and saved over $100 a month.

My wife and I recently moved back to Butler after 20+ years and since our old insurance company doesn't write in PA, we had to find a new one, which was disappointing. But, I've had an excellent customer service experience at this agency. Caity has been spectacular. Super quick response time, absolutely stellar customer service and a great sense of humor to go along with it all! While I was worried about losing my old insurance company, I'm so happy to have found this one. And just to let you know, I contacted 4 insurance agencies in Butler for quotes on Homeowners, 2 vehicles and an umbrella policy

Cam was great to work with! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. On top of his great service, the State Farm rates were significantly lower (with better coverage too) than my old rates with another company. Wish I switched years ago! Thanks Cam!

Cam is great to work with, he was a huge help to my wife and I when we had to buy two cars in a week and get that sorted out. He's funny, attentive, and super knowledgeable. Long story how we ended up having our insurance agent almost an hour away from us, but it's WELL WORTH IT! Every time we've needed help with policies, they have all been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable without being sales pushy or making us buy things we don't need. Also appreciate how they'll happily communicate through texts if you'd… like. Most recently we were very impressed with CAM! He helped us through buying a car, which turned into changing the insurance 3 times, and he was just so patient and light hearted about it; it made the stressful event so much easier to handle

Tim and his staff, most notably Sarah, are exceptional. Nobody wants to have issues that require insurance - but when I've had home or auto problems, they have always been proactive reaching out to me, and gone the extra mile on their end to make sure everything went as fast and smooth as possible. I cant say enough great things about Tim, Sarah and this agency.

If I could give a negative star rating, I probably would. Had nothing but problems since my account was transferred there. Nobody would answer calls, nobody would call you back, and when I was able to talk to someone about having vehicles that I physically was not able to drive put into storage, they promised to take care of it and never did. Now I… 'm out a bunch of money that I should never have had to pay out while I'm on temporary disability. I've complained elsewhere and have been told that there is no way to go back more than 15 days from the current date even though I called originally
