This includes service on A/C systems, brake systems (including ABS, BAS, ESP, SBC and traction control systems), differentials, axles, transmissions, suspensions, steering and electrical systems providing scheduled maintenance, and diagnostic analysis.

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING R&S!!
I took my CLK to R&S and went in there telling them that my ME (an ECU) was faulty and I needed it replaced and programmed. They took my car and told me my first cylinder was firing at a low psi and that I needed to replace my ENTIRE ENGINE for over $10,000. I took it elsewhere and got my ME replaced a sensor and a couple hoses replaced for just over a $1,000 and my cars been running perfect ever since.
R&S tried to rip me off even after I went in there letting them know the issue they still had the audacity to give me a false diagnoses and try and

I was driving from Scottsdale to Orlando in a new to me 540i when the car puked all of its coolant out on I-10 in the middle of nowhere about 45 miles from Tallahassee (three days before Thanksgiving, no less). I called a few different BMW shops in the area including the dealer (capital BMW) and the responses ranged from no answer to laughing at me. I finally got ahold of Russ who was very nice and told me I could have AAA drop the car off at his shop. He had it fixed up first thing in the morning (thankfully a minor an inexpensive fix at that). Professional, helpful and a nice guy to boot. Highly

I found Russ and Scott about 5 years ago and have been going to them ever since. Are they Mercedes snobs? You bet, but they happily and effortlessly worked on both my Acura and my Jeep and now they'll get my BMW and, yes, at their recommendation, my Mercedes, soon enough. These are two highly competent mechanics. But I think more importantly, they are good, decent people. And the fact they have two lovable dogs to greet you upon entering is just that much more of a bonus. Two great, honest, dog-loving mechanics? What else could you ask for?

Took 2007 Mercedes for service-- headlight out - tune up and change oil ---- $4072.40. Of course, I asked for an estimate before I approved work.
When they called with estimate I asked if there was any way to save money or use alternative materials, "No".
That was that. They happily charged $100 for my estimate. I was smart enough to ask for estimate but to dumb to ask if they charged to estimate repairs.
Nic guys A bit very interested in helping me.

As a car guy I find nothing more frustrating than being required to speak to a cashier who asked their service writer who needs to check with The technician to find out how my $400 "B" service oil change is progressing on my E350 Benz. (2014 W212)

Needed to find a reliable repair shop that has a good reputation working on Mini Coopers. Research indicated R&S had satisfied Mini owners. They diagnosed the problem PDQ, got the part, and my baby was back on the road in one day. Nice guys, I thought fair pricing, and great service. So glad to have found a local shop instead of having to trek to the Jax dealership!

Excellent service and very nice guys. They know what they are doing, are skilled, and do things in a reasonable time! They don't overcharge and explain everything they do/fix. I would recommend them over anyone in Tallahassee and have several people who say the same! They fixed my engine problem perfectly and I will going to them for future oil changes and repairs.

Drove 100 miles from Panama City Fl to have the initial check out for my 2014 Mercedes GL350 from Texas. I chose R&S because Russ is a Mercedes trained mechanic. He went over every option on the car for me and my wife which took about 30 minutes before putting the car on the rack. He noted two items to be fixed. ONLY CHARGED $34.00!!!! I will be going back for the repairs which were estimated at a cost NOT OUT OF LINE. I myself am a mechanic for 50 years....Russ is someone you can TRUST. An intuitive and experienced mechanic.

About three months ago I stopped in the shop just to ask a few questions and get a quote on fixing a few different items. I was pleased with the answers provided and the quotes weren't outrageous.
So last week I had a check engine light on and my car seemed to lag, turns out I had a defective EGR. I called on Thursday and brought my car there Friday morning, they had it fixed by the afternoon.
As with just about any shop I suggest purchasing your own parts if you can ahead of time but if not, I did like that the parts provided by them have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty which ever

Small shop, few amenities, but two intelligent, competent mechanical wizards at the helm. My MINI Cooper S had one standard problem (leak in cooling system) and one unusual one (oil dipstick broke off inside the tube). Both were handled with imagination and aplomb in a timely manner. Far better service than any dealership, but no glitzy showroom to wait in. I'll be back.
