My experience with The Repair Square was amazing. My phone stopped working and I wasn't able to recover my media. I took it to a popular franchise company who basically gave me information that didn't make any sense. It was as if they were reading it from a training manual. The final straw was them calling me on the number of the broken phone they had in their possession to let me know it couldn't be fixed *I specifically left them an alternate number to avoid this*. So I took to Google and saw pretty good reviews about The Repair Square. Joe assest the issue and told me exactly what the problem

Fantastic experience! Joe is a very cool gentleman and very professional. I brought my heavily broken laptop to the store and didn’t expect much. However, Joe was able to find the replacement parts that are absolutely compatible to my laptop, he was also being very transparent with the price about how each item cost plus the labor. It turned out my laptop looks like a new one now! Highly recommended! Definitely will come back if I have further broken electronics.

Such a great experience! Store is very modern and beautiful set up! Customer service is amazing and he actually fixed my phone I mean that’s really the only thing that matters right. I brought my phone there and I honestly was not sure if he was going to be able to fix it but he actually did and I’m so grateful and it didn’t cost too much!

This place is phenomenal. Quickly repaired my damaged iPhone and did a beautiful job. I had gone to a mall kiosk a few months ago as the Apple Store was too expensive and I was trying to save a few extra bucks, but you truly get what you pay for because the work from the mall phone repair kiosk didn't last. The prices at The Repair Store were extremely reasonable, cheaper than the Apple store and they did an excellent job. Quick, professional, and great quality work. I won't go anywhere else for my repairs in the future! Thank you

I came to the Repair Square when I was looking for last minute printing services in the area. Although they primarily offer other services (outside of print jobs), the owner was very nice and offered to print for me at no cost. The shop cares about helping people with their needs, and from that perspective I can confidently recommend from a customer service perspective
