Every garment you bring in receives personal care and attention throughout our multi-step process. We inspect and detail garments to ensure proper preparation and classification for cleaning, professionally remove stains, dry clean, wet clean or hand clean as appropriate to its classification, press and hand finish it.
Most dry cleaners today clean using petrochemical solvents. About 70% use perchloroethylene (perc), classified by the EPA as an air and water toxin and a likely human carcinogen. Dry cleaners follow strict regulations to reduce emissions and control its health and environmental risks, but there is no getting around the truth - perc poses a real danger to people and the planet.
Most of us wash our sheets and blankets fairly regularly, but the other stuff-comforters, quilts, and pillows-often don't fit in our washers, or are made of materials we don't know what to do with. I should have read the reviews first.
I took 2 silk shirts to be dry cleaned. I asked them to rinse one out because I mistakenly put liquid soap on it. Not the first time I have made this mistake in 40 years of wearing silk shirts. Every other Dry Cleaner tod me to always tell them to rinse the shirt prior to the dry cleaning process. I asked them to do so.
I get the shirts back with tags on them that they could not take the stain out. They told me the could not rinse the shirts due to them being silk even though there are washing instructions on the tags

My husband had been taking his dress/work shirts to be cleaned for years at Arya and happy with their service . I thought I would give them a try, so I included my black sweeter in one of his drop offs (and later a women's suede jacket) both came back smelling like musky, old cologne.. We tried again asking if they could take out the smell and it was returned smelling the same. Gave them a third chance with my blue suede jacket, and the same experience, returned smelling old perfume. (We had to take that to a different cleaner to have the smell removed).

So disappointed with the service. Costumer service was ok, but the work done on the clothes was terrible! They messed up a nice coat. I asked for answers and they said, "I don't want to say you are wrong but your coat was missed up already" obviously arya cleaners used a hot temperature to dry or washed the coat and give the coat a harsh feeling. When I picked the coat has lint. Do not use this this service! Save your clothes! Almost forgot I found some threads out and they said, "it was like that" and they tried to charge me to fix it. I just walked away.

During this time lots of us are finding time to do delayed projects. I can't imagine trusting anyone but Arya cleaners with my families best clothes, treasured linens & furniture covers. They are incredibly professional & clean meticulously with great care for your possessions all with a strong environmental ethic. I have had so many bad experiences at this chain of dry cleaners. First at the Eastlake location. Lost and ruined clothing. I don't know why I thought this location would be different. I brought in two linen tote bags. Counter quoted me $4 each when I brought them in. When I picked them up, they more than doubled the price and charged me $8 EACH. Still came back with stains on them. And now the linen fabric is stiff and has shrunk. Go somewhere else!

Highly recommended dry cleaners in Chula Vista. I have been visiting this establishment for many, many years. The prices are very fair and competitive. They always have a bunch of coupons that you can use on your services. Very fast service, always great quality expected. The staff an owners are very nice and go out of their way to make sure the customers are highly satisfied. My go to dry cleaners in Chula Vista.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would! Horrible customer service and alterations. We took my daughter's prom dress in for alterations. We paid extra to have it ready by Thursday before prom on Saturday. Of course, it wasn't ready! Then, when we picked it up and my daughter put it on, they took the train completely off the dress! That was the best part of the dress! Not only did they change the dress for the worse, the hem job was not even! I recently complained to the owner who responded the same day to my email complaint about my uniform collar being constantly buttoned up when in my profile it's been listed to leave open. He credited my account and I returned as a customer.
Today I am really disappointed that even when I returned after, I came back to the same mistake of my uniform collar not being left open. Horrible. I've brought my clothes here for cleaning and I get them back with holes. I shrugged it off before but today is the last straw. I just got home to find a huuuge hole in the sleeve of my dress shirt. They didn't even say anything about it when I went to pick it up!!

Poor quality service all around. I had them press my dress whites uniforms and the had wrinkles everywhere and I failed my inspection. Not to mention the fact that I brought in a uniform blouse to have one warfare device moved down and a new one added on top... well they added the one on top then SAFETY PINNED the other onto the pocket... SAFETY PINNED!!!! Needless to say I failed yet another inspection. This is uncalled for and they will not help me with the services to fixed THEIR mess up. I have to pay all over again.

A job interview was sprung on me at 9 PM last night, for 11 am this morning. Lo and behold my suit was in a crumpled mess in the closet. I called the business number listed, and spoke with a gentleman who told me that if I brought my suit in to the main branch in Eastlake, at seven AM, he could guarantee the suit would be ready by 10. They had it cleaned, pressed and ready by nine. No nonsense, with the price quoted to me when I'd dropped it off, and I was also informed of the 10% rush fee (WELL worth it, since there are no true one hour cleaners that I could find).
