We officially become homeowners today and cannot say enough great things about Bo Blackwell and Blackwell Realty. My husband and I worked with Karen to not only buy our first home, but to relocate to the area. She was amazing to work with. She sent me video tours of homes and always responded to text messages and phone calls. There simply aren't enough stars to rate our experience with Sondra and Blackwell Realty. Sondra listed our home and helped us navigate multiple offers with the calm professionalism only an experienced, confident realtor can offer. I don't know what we would have done without her guidance and vast knowledge during that stressful time! Bo Blackwell exceeded all expectations as our realtor. He went above the norm in representing us. He was available for every step of the process, coordinated our appointments with the appraiser, seller, surveyor, maintenance supervisor, and the closing title company. He was actively involved in the "walk through" process ensuring we did not miss any discrepancies. His response time to our phone calls and/or texts are commendable.
