I highly recommend Shamrock Properties, both for rental management and for buying/selling a property. Aiveen beautifully managed my rental for four years so that I really didn't have to do a thing. She is proactive, easily accessible, and focussed on getting what needs to be done, done. David sold my property for me in the end, in a seamless transaction where I was able to sell to another investor without ever bothering the tenants. Its was a win-win-win for all involved. If you want a company that will call you back immediately and is hands-on, then Shamrock is your place. I can not say enough
