At Bain & Bain, we've built our reputation on being straight and honest with clients. We're not the type of attorneys who will only tell you what you want to hear in order to run up a big legal bill. We tell you what you've got to hear. We'll recommend options to resolve your legal matter as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
However, we will respect your decision if you choose to take your issue to court rather than accept a settlement offer or plea agreement. Who will take care of the children? Where will they live and who will be financially responsible for them? These are some of the core issues of divorcing parents, but they are also important issues for parents who have separated and who are already divorced as well as for those who were never married.

Services
Our law firm was founded by our father, Attorney John Bain, Sr., who established a reputation for providing quality legal service and personal attention to clients. Family law attorney John Bain, Jr. joined the practice in 1985 and was later followed by criminal defense attorney Daniel Bain. Today, we remain dedicated to continuing the family tradition of putting the client first in all of our legal work.

A marriage is a legal arrangement as well as a personal bond between two people. The end of a marriage is often a highly-charged emotional time during which it can be extremely difficult to make well-reasoned decisions about your children, your finances, and your future. That is why the choice of a divorce attorney is so important.
The ideal of a child being raised by two loving, supportive parents is not the reality for many children. While many children are raised from broken or split homes, other children are raised by someone other than a parent, such as a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or other family member. What is important is that the child's best interests are looked after and that the child is receiving the love, support, and guidance that he or she needs.
Paternity can be a particularly heated topic for mothers, fathers, and entire families. Determining parentage is an important legal step for many reasons, from paying child support and hospital bills to deciding child custody. At Bain & Bain, PC, we work with clients to determine paternity through DNA testing, and establish parental rights with the best interests of the child in mind.

Dan Bain is a great guy.....as a person and as an attorney. If you are looking for an honest, straight forward attorney that you can trust...look no further. Mr. Bain met with us at our home, answered our text messages and phone calls as well as represented us in court. He negotiated with the judge and prosecutor to get a sentence UNDER the states minimun sentencing law for a DWI 3rd offense. Always honest and professional. An attorney you can count on. We are very grateful. 5 stars, for sure!

I live in Colorado, and had a hold put on my license in Michigan nearly 10 years ago. I had literally done everything possible to get it back. I was referred to Mr. Bain through an attorney here in Colorado. Mr. Bain knew exactly what to do immediately. We got a hearing in MI, and I had my license back that day. I still can't believe it. His prices are more than reasonable, but his results are unbelievable! By far, the best attorney that I have ever met. Thanks again, Mr. Bain.
