They're actually very nice, seemed very qualified. But don't go here if you don't know anything about the cost of services. I came here under a social project on two separate occasions (under an aliase) to determine if mechanics/auto shops charge women differently than men for the same services and unfortunately, just like most auto shops, they do. The truth of the matter is it's sales and they're looking to upcharge clients as best as they can. Business is business. Be aware so you don't get overcharged. Pink tax is real ladies so always know your facts. This happens everywhere in most sales oriented

I went here because of the reviews but when I arrived it was a whooole different story. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service this guys "David" provided, or lack of customer service. I needed an oil change and an air filter replacement. Mind you I really don't know about cars. I said I would like an estimate of the cost, he pointed at the pricing on the board but then said "I think those are oil prices so it might be more" EXCUSE ME!?! you have incorrect pricing up? That was a RED FLAG. His tone of voice was very dismissive and couldn't answer any of

These guys are a throwback to the old-fashioned way of doing business where they will charge a fair price and provide high-quality service for only the things that you need. Their loyalty is to the customer, whose trust they earn through their honesty, unlike most other businesses whose loyalty is to the bottom line by gouging the unsuspecting customer. May this business continue to prosper.

Brought in a truck for an oxygen sensor and was they didnt have a lift to lift the truck and couldn't do it. Rhey guy was sitting on a chair on his phone and rhey didnt event have any cars in their bay. They must really not wanna work. Must be getting paid by the hour and dont care much for work. Dont Waiste of time go elsewhere.

Thank you for your great customer service and honesty! You could have easily performed unnecessary car repairs and made a few hundred dollars today but instead you were honest and told me the repairs I had been told (by another automotive car servicing business) were needed were not actually necessary.

These guys are an honest shop and that's what I really like about them. It's not much of a waiting room but they do offer wi-fi and free coffee. There are ample chairs and a TV / magazines for reading. While I was there, I watched them tell one guy he didn't need an oil change yet and another gal what was wrong with her engine and who she needed to contact to fix it. The prices are fair, if you don't know how to do your own repairs or if you are busy. I even called a few other shops and My Dad's was still either the lowest or super competitive. Two thumbs up!

These guys are awesome!! They have your car pulled up before you even walk through the door. Been bringing my cars here for years. Oil changes are fast and they always fill your tires while it's in the air.
They give you a punch card and after so many, you get a free oil change. Free wifi and coffee while you wait.
All around good and honest guys! Definitely recommend!

Very honest establishment! I just left the shop after having them look at my brake fluid and my leaking oil pan gasket on my "classic" 1998 CR-V. They put my car on the lift and inspected my items of concern. Robert, who was working the counter and who personally looked at my vehicle said the two issues were not a major concern especially based on the age of my vehicle. He said I could pay for a brake fluid change but it wasn't necessary at this time. He never tried to upsell me on any services and I walked out without paying a fee (I did leave a tip for his time and expertise).

I come here regularly for oil changes with both the family vehicles. Great little place with clearly marked pricing right at the desk. I am always surprised how quickly they finish the job. They always check tire pressure, fluids and air filter for you with service. There is even free pod-coffee in the waiting room.

I took my vehicle here right after I picked it up from another shop that I felt was overcharging me for the work that needed to be done. Luckily My Dad's performed my brake inspection for free unlike the other shop which charged me $35.00 to tell me what I needed. I had called over to My Dad's first to get a rough idea on the estimate to do the work, and though many scenarios could take place with pricing it sounded much more reasonable.
They took it in, did the inspection and confirmed the work that I needed done within 15 minutes. Provided me with a quote

I've had Rocky (my CR-V) for three years now and my last two oil changes have been at My Dad's (no, not myyyy dad but My Dad's). Both times, the employees have been awesome and helpful.
Prior to coming here, I gave them a call to ask about the types of oil I would need since I'm driving my car to Chicago (much colder than So Cal). The guy on the phone was super helpful and honest with me.
So, I came here early Saturday morning. There was no wait and my car was worked on right away. I did the maintenance package ($40), where they change the oil, rotate tires, and check everything
