We had a LOT of quotes for our waterproofing needs. The sales folks from several organizations gave varied responses of what we “needed” and differing levels of pressure to sign with them then. Hydra did a wonderful job installing a drainage and sump pump system. We had a horrible system put into our 100 year old stone basement by our general contractor when we did a huge 'whole-house' renovation (there was black gunk in our "new" sump pump coming from the pipes that caused it to clog three times in 3 months, as well as water coming through cracks in the old cement). Had my basement waterproofed by Hydra Basement February 2021. Noe and his team did a great job. They were clean, polite and I am very confident the job was done correctly. I had a bit of an issue with debris on the driveway after all the snow melted ( it was a bad couple weeks of snow when they did the work) They were quick to come out and clean it up.

Our foundation was eroding in about a 10' section of our house and I called multiple contractors to come out and take a look. It was an extensive project, but Hydra came in at nearly 10x less expensive than some of the bigger "basement" companies in Columbus - and Noah and his team did a tremendous job on the project, working through bad weather and getting the job done on time, and done right! I can't say enough about Hydra as a reliable "basement guy". I recently noticed a large crack in my interior basement wall in a place where a crack appeared on the outside last year. With winter coming on, I wanted an opinion on what needed to be done. Hydra had stabilized the walls and waterproofed the floor about 10 years ago, so I gave them a call. Not only did Noe address my basement problems, he went above and beyond by addressing my gutter and siding issues which were attributing to my water problems. Hydra was a godsend when I needed to have my basement waterproofed in 2019. I chose them because of the friendly and professional treatment I received from Pat to Amy to Noe and the crew who did the work. Then a year later, after a terrible rainstorm, my sump pump was not working correctly, so I called Amy and Noe, and Noe was able to come to my home, and fixed my problem all within two hours!
