Services
EverDry Waterproofing is the Nation's leading residential basement waterproofing contractor. Since 1983, Everdry Of Columbus has provided full service waterproofing for more than 80,000 satisfied customers. EverDry professionals take a personal one-on-one approach in educating homeowners so they truly understand all their options for creating a safe, dry, usable space in their basements.
Option 1 - Total Excavation: In this method, we use a backhoe to dig around the outside of the home's foundation all the way down to the footing. After the wall is completely exposed, the original footer tiles are checked and, if needed, replaced. The wall is then sealed with waterproofing materials, such as tar and plastic.
Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus has provided quality service with over 80,000 successful waterproofing and foundation repair installations and satisfied customers since our inception in 1978. Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus' philosophy for success is to provide honest, courteous and guaranteed service to every customer.
If your crawlspace is constantly wet, your home is likely to have structural problems in the foundation due to cracks and water seepage. Crawlspace waterproofing can help you avoid the health or structural issues that arise due to wet or damp crawlspaces. Is your home in need of foundation repair? You may be wondering whether it is safe to continue living in your home during the repair.

I scheduled a consultation to review waterproofing needs for our basement. They requested that my wife and I both be present for the consult which is not unreasonable. I stated that my wife has not interest in being there and would not participate in the process at all. We scheduled the date. A day before they called to confirm the appointment asking that we both be present and I again spoke about how she would not and due to work ultimately could not. They would not keep the appointment. I was disappointed.

The last homeowners here used Everdry, so we've continued on with their service and have been extremely pleased! There have been no issues with our basement for the last few years we've owned the home. This year, we had a very minor leak after a few days of heavy rain. Everdry was out that same week to inspect it and fixed the issue extremely timely. The staff is always very friendly, both on the phone and in-person. We feel at ease knowing our home is safe and secure with Everdry!

I am disappointed. I felt what they did did not match what the person that did the inspection said they would. The person inspected said this would be a 4 day job. The crewed rushed and finished in 3 days.
I felt the crew rushed the job and did respect my property. The put a concrete stain my my walk to the font door. No I have to pay someone to pressure wash it. Extra money I have to spend. there is end of one of the trenches in the basement that they did not fully fill with concrete, so they is a hole. There a raised spot of concrete at the base of the stairs. I have to take care of that or

We bought our home 3 years ago and it came with the Ever Dry Waterproofing Warranty. We called just once, just for a check on the basement condition. The company was super friendly and very responsive. We renew our warranty annually and we are so happy we have this protection! Thank you EverDry!

They came by my door last year and offered a free appointment. I agreed and took a morning off from work. That morning they called to ensure my wife would be present at the meeting, and I told them no - she would not have any interest in attending the meeting. So they canceled and told me to reschedule at a time when we both could be present. That's a red flag in my opinion. I'm assuming they do some scare tactic to hone owners about some moisture, and they try to get at least one person to get scared enough to go with their product. Fast forward to later this year, I get a call from

Everydry installed a water proofing system in our basement about 10-15 years ago. They were professional did quality work. Their warranty has been amazing. We found one leak after installation and they came back and fixed it promptly without question. We have also had to replace the sump pump over the years and they responded very quickly and it was covered under our warranty! Would definitely recommend!

The associates at Everdry are always very helpful and courteous. When the job was performed here, they were professional. Even if all I do is call into the office, the caliber of people that work for them is very high. They work well together. Their customer service is outstanding. Thanks Everdry for helping us with our basement needs.

We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry about 4 years ago and have been very pleased with the service we received. Our basement has remained 100% dry despite significant flooding in our neighborhood. Our neighbors had issues, but we never did. Thankful we made the investment to create a safe and worry free environment in our home.

My basement had water entering and I contacted Ohio State waterproofing. They put me in Touch with (NEVERDRY) of Findlay.
salesman sold me the multi-step system with lots of promises.... will do a diversion system under the decks, will come out after addition to install additional perimeter drains, etc. Quote was 22928 but offered 1500 discount for flexible scheduling.
EZ breathe system was installed 2 weeks prior to work.... I thought that was temporary as nothing was secure.... was left as is...
51 points of incompetency sent to lawyer.... refused to sign off on satisfied with job and canceled

Our home had been treated by Everdry from the previous owners. We were surprised and thrilled to find out that the warranty carried over to us. They were so quick to answer any questions we had about the work that was done to our home. We have lived in our home for five years and have been thrilled with the basement condition. Completely dry all the time. Our dehumidifier even went out once and Everdry replaced it on the spot. Fantastic company with great people! Highly recommend!!

I've had their product in our home since late 90's. The product continues to function today at the same level as day of installation. Had one warranty call on sump pump failing after 15 years and the tech was here within a few hours; replaced the pump and left a clean work site.
We have not had any water infiltration since their work was completed. Our basement was turned into a functional lower living area complete with carpet with no fears of mold or mildew damage.
If you need to ensure a waterproof basement I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing.

We hired Everdry to waterproof our basement. They did it in a very messy but timely fashion. They did not tell us that we would be responsible for replacing the carpeting and baseboards when the job was done. Not only that but our walls and some of the baseboards had cement on them which I tried to chip off. I had to completely repaint our basement after they were done with the job. We recently called them back out because we have still had to use a dehumidifier non stop with all of the moisture down there. I thought the whole purpose of spending 15K was not to have to do this?! They apparently

Had Everdry come out to give an estimate to repair leaky basement. After performing the inspection and sitting down to complete the estimate ($15,000), he began the full court press. We told him we wanted to get a few more estimates and then would decide. Finally, he said we wouldn't get a better deal, that he was leaving for Hawaii with his family the next day, and that he really needed our signed contract immediately. So much for Everdry!

Incredibly rude staff. Asked for a quote. Called me back weeks later.
Required that spouse and I both be present for a meeting "in case they had any other questions." Husband works in healthcare and has odd hours. Told them repeatedly that spouse didn't need to be there and even if he was, wouldn't join the meeting anyway. Refused to schedule anytime other than 8pm so that he would be present. So either I'm a child that needs babysat, or they don't trust homeowners to take care of their own house.

Made an apt over a week ago for water in basement. Was asked if my husband would be home. Advised he travels full time and confirmed apt for that at noon. Yesterday someone called to confirm. I called back and left VM to re-confirm.
Today!! No one showed up. Called to find out where employee was. Was told bc I didn't call back multiple times yesterday to confirm w a human- my apt was cancelled. After a passive aggressive conversation about how now that it's past the scheduled time of arrival, was told they WILL NOT make an appointment unless my husband will be home

Disappointed. When they originally came to visit we were impressed over another company that claimed they could fix our basement for half the cost. Instead we went with Everdry, my mistake. They said they would secure the beams that were not installed correctly when house was originally built. Bolts that were installed at an angle and the nuts on the bolts were not even tighten. We were not informed during our 1st visit they would be tearing out the bottom landing to our stairs when they would be working on our basement. They informed my spouse that they had to remove the landing and that they

I have had issues since having them redo my basment waterproofing. The work seems shotty and they never want to come fix their mistakes. Right now they gave me the option of dropping stuff off to fix it ( pipes they supported with a broken brick from my yard) myself or wait 4 weeks. The business is about .5 miles from my house.... If you have problems/emergencies on the weekends they have no service. This is not just one occasion. Another occasion includes pipes coming apart that we had to fix as it was over a weekend and cleaning up the water that whole mess made. We have also have had back ups

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I could write a book as to why. They busted a major pipe in my basement then tried to tell me it was It was like that before they got there, even though I had photos to prove otherwise. A manager laughed when I explained the situation over the phone. The owner of the local franchise, Caryn, promised to refund $1,250. That check has yet to arrive. They are liars from the top down and their work is horrendous. Please, save yourself the hassle and find someone more reputable. PM me if you want to hear the ENTIRE story. It's unbelievable!

The office staff is so rude and unprofessional! The office lady tried to tell me that our sump pump that failed was 500.00! When I told them we needed someone to come out because our basement flooded she said the first time someone could get out was a month away! My husband called back and miraculously someone came the next day! I asked the Everdry tech when he came out about the 500 dollar pump and he laughed and asked me who said that- I told him it was the office staff that answered the phone. Of course it wasn't their fault and they did not take any responsibility that it was their product

Everydry Waterproofing is the perfect example of bait and switch tactics. They offer and free basement inspection, when in reality that inspection becomes a $15,000 sales pitch. The "inspector" that came to my home claimed that my sump pump was broken, and that they would replace it with something top of the line. I had a friend come to my home the next day who has a small handyman service and he fixed it in 5 minutes. He said it just needed adjusted. Let's go back to our "inspection". We've never had any standing water and the water we were seeing was quite minor

I had the basement of my 70 yr old home waterproofed on 5/6/14. The full process took 3 days, they dug out and sealed around the homes foundation and also completely redesigned the drainage for my gutters, took everything out to the street which is very convenient getting rid of all downspouts.
They also had to remove concrete around the boarder of the basement, drill holes for drainage and install new plumbing and a sump-pump (which has been working a lot due to all this rain we're getting) I couldn't believe how much they did in such a short period of time.
I was disappointed in
