Services
Very often, clients have encountered distressing or stressful experiences or situations that they'd like to talk about in a safe setting. These might include present circumstances of separation, bereavement, or other major life changes, or they may be experiences from the past, such as in childhood.
Depression, stress, anxiety, grief, sadness, anger or other life problems may become overwhelming at times. Therapy sessions can provide a safe environment to talk about these problems and develop strategies for handling them. Often, people find it beneficial to engage a therapist as a "coach" to help them focus on clarifying and achieving life goals and personal growth.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, similar to a Nurse Practitioner, I assess the whole person when treating clients. I am aware that many health challenges are rooted in nutritional and metabolic imbalances. As such, I like to order lab assessments to pinpoint possible general health problems that may be causing the problems at hand, as well as assessing life issues and stress that impact how a client feels.
Kim Sirk is a Board Certified Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, certified to treat all age groups including children, adolescents, adults and geriatric. I have been seeing Dr. Frampton for about 10 years now. He is the best..I just LOVE him! I have NEVER had to wait for my visits with him. He has ALWAYS taken me at my EXACT appt time. He takes pride on never making his patients wait for him. I also don't understand the fuss about his office workers. They have never been rude to me and I feel like they don't judge me. When I've called them to get a script sent to the pharmacy cuz my appt wasn't on time to get my meds, they give me no problems at all. I just love EVERYBODY there!

I have been going there for 5 years, and I hate it, I wait about 45 minutes after my appt time just to be told then I still have to wait which is fine, if they would just tell me ahead of time. Also every time I call them the lady at the desk is so rude to me and treats me awful. It’s fine though, I’m sure porter starke would you love to help me with a smile, unlike these rude lady’s that answer the phone every time. So please hire better employees, because the ones you hire for the desk are the face of your business and they are driving multiple customers away! After today’s experience

Dr. Frampton & his psychologists are amazing, however their office staff is horrible. They have the absolute worst attitudes, do as little as possible to help with paperwork or prescriptions and even refuse to let patients talk to anyone in management. These patients need caring, understanding people to help them through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Not sarcasm, negativity and just plain rudeness when asking a few simple questions. Some of those employees have no business being in customer service. I'm surprised the office allows that. Such a shame.

My psychiatrist, Kim Sirk, changed my life. Before, I was constantly anxious and depressed, for years. I didn't know why I was so tired and no motivation to do anything for myself. When I went there, I got blessed with having Kim Sirk work with me to find the right cocktail and dosages for me. She changed my life for the better and I am so grateful.

I really dont like seeking out mental health help. It seems like a waste of time and money most of the time. However, after seeing Michelle and Sandra my life has, literally changed for the better. Michelle is so kind and listens, reallly listens to you. Sandra is awesome if you are looking for someone who treats you as an individual and not a diagnosis. Her approach is nonconventional which in today's mental health climate is refreshing. Usually docs are quick to diagnose and push pills. With Sandra you have the option to try and resolve things naturally. If meds are required that is an option

I did not have a good first experience with Dr Frampton. Dr Frampton was arrogant, extremely blunt and rude and had no compassion in our first session. I have been to other therapist but have never experienced such rude behavior to a patient. I came in happy and in a good mood and left feeling degraded and very frustrated because of his attitude and rude comments. When I told him he was rather blunt and demeaning, he casually and proudly said this was just his way and I had to deal with it. Of course, I was too sensitive in his opinion. I believe he was insensitive. When you are hurting and build

This is the most unorganized doctor or professional office I have ever gone to. They do not keep track of billing correctly, will send repeated invoices...that are incorrect. And, to top it off, the receptionists and office personnel are so incredibly rude, you will be shocked. Save yourself and the family time, do not go here!
Also, I always waited at least a half hour to 45 minutes for each appointment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most unorganized office I have yet to see. It is terrible to get scripts to go through, as they will do it wrong or forget. They do not keep accurate records of billing. They said that I didn't pay my son's in full even though I had, and called multiple times to make sure. Also, the receptionists are the most unkind and and downright rude that I have come into contact with. Do yourself a favor and don't even try them!!!

I usually dont post reviews but It was hard enough to finally get myself to go see a psychiatrist, but I finally did. After waiting 4 weeks to get in and self paying 250$ I got absolutely no where. The NP I seen pretty much forced CBD oil on me. Told me my anxiety could be from a past life time and then did some weird "muscle test" had me buy some vitamins and then said follow up...needless to say I did not follow up I found a new Dr. I feel like I wasted my time and money and absolutely would not recommend this office to anyone. Unless you want your palm read or something.

TERRIBLE!!!! When I walked in it was not very pleasant. ALL the office ladies looked miserable & none of them greet you with a nice hello. Instead I got mad faces & it made me feel extremely uncomfortable especially because I was going there for help & they didn't seem like they cared to help. People who help you should greet you with a nice polite presence and make people feel comfortable and welcomed where they're at and I received less than that walking in. They took all my information and never said a thing to me about my insurance being out of their network (mind you I was here alone) They

The providers there are great. Kim Sirk is wonderful and Catherine Osborn is fantastic! I give them 2 stars because the front of the house needs a lot of work. Everytime I go, they either take a co-pay or they dont depending on the girl at the desk. Come on figure out my insurance and do it right. Secondly you call to reschedule not on a Friday since they are closed and your appt is Monday morning, and they treat you like you are committing a crime. Then you call for a refill on a non narcotic drug and you get the third degree on how it was filled on such a date but I am telling them this is what
