My AC compressor fell apart 50 miles out of Spokane and these guys got on the problem the next day once it was towed into their shop. So happy they got me in right away and fixed the problem with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Hopefully I won't need them again but would highly recommend them for repairs. Thanks ICDI!

Made appointment for a Tuesday with the stipulation that I was camping that weekend.. waited to do any work until Thursday. I had to call them and tell them to not proceed with any tear down and leave truck alone , I did not want it sitting in there shop over the weekend. I thought by making an appointment I would have had work started day of..

ICDI was recommended by a good friend. He raved about their customer service, quality of workmanship, and competitive pricing. I dropped my truck off, they checked out my complaint while I was there, inspected the rest of the system and found it alright. Diagnosed, kept it to repair. I would be surprised if it wasn't fixed in less time under budget. Great shop!

The young ladies in front desk are pleasant, and the mechanics are very professional and easy to talk to. Price is very reasonable. My food truck smokes really bad, and I am so happy that I took it to ICDI and it was fixed like magic. I would not take it anywhere else. I will give a perfect 10. Great place and great crew! I called today to get some information on pricing i was told to ask for Ronald cause thats who my husband deals with when he goes in there. The lady who answered the phone got mad at me cause i had asked to please speak with Ronald then literally screamed at me and hung up. I then recieved a call back which i ignored due to the absolutely horrible customer service this lady had, she then decided to leave me a voicemail telling me to go f*** myself and get a life... Who in their right mind would EVER speak to someone like this? I will never in my life go back or refer another person to this place

We were traveling through town with our RV when we needed to find a shop because our truck was making a whistling sound. They got us in right away on Monday to check it out. They had an idea what it was but wasn't for sure until they got into it. A day later they told us it was what they thought and they ordered the parts which we had sent overnight. They communicated with us the whole time, which is awesome! They knew we were traveling and had reservations that next week so they made sure to get the truck fixed and back to us by Friday. It's scary being in an unknown place and not knowing

After first bringing my truck in they fixed something else that wasn't the reason why I brought my truck in. One week later after bringing it into get fixed for what I first wanted fixed. They gave me a price then when I picked it up it was $200 more than the price they quoted me. They never called me to tell me it was going to cost more. As a matter of fact I had to call them several times to find out if my truck was done or about the progress after 3 days. Communication is not one of their best qualities.
