We have rented from this company for a few years, and they have always provided on time, courteous service, with fun equipment.
This year, in the midst of COVID, we rented a bouncy house obstacle course for my daughter's birthday - she has special needs, and there were no other kids there (she has a hard time making friends but also just the typical approach this year).

Spoke with a representative "Heather" after booking my Daughters Birthday party, Inquired about delivery guarantees and price matching. After my inquiries she became combative and so we canceled. This is by far the most bizarre customer service support call in asking to retain serves. Plenty of other friendly competitors out there. More concerning is this is a kids based business that comes to your house and my expectation is a friendly comfortable support service.

I booked with another bounce house rental company, and they flaked on me the day of my event in the most unprofessional way. I called Austin Moonwalks in a minor panic, and they came through in a big way! They went out of their way to deliver the perfect bounce house within hours and quite literally saved my kid's party.

We called Austin Moonwalks just after 3 on Saturday "just making sure we're a go?"
"We don't have a reservation for you today."
And, sure enough after a couple of scheduling changes we did not change the reservation.
3:15 pm. They call back. We can have a driver going to the warehouse right now.
4:30pm. Driver shows up in POURING rain.
Driver is fed and engaged in conversation.
5pm the the rain had let up so he could set up the slide and be at least in the neighborhood of their "we don't set up in a monsoon"policy.
5:30 The slide is deployed, kids are

Wow - these guys saved the day when another local company didn't show up and didn't return calls after we had paid in full for an inflatable for my daughters bday! They went out of their way to accommodate us after they had already made their other deliveries for the day. Highly recommend these guys -don't take chances with another company - these guys are highly professional and prompt with communication.

I am a teacher and each year our school works with Austin moonwalk to provide inflatables for carnival. They are incredibly competitive with their prices. Yesterday Austin moonwalks came out to set up for our Fourth Annual Dragon Carnival, and it was wonderful. They set up all the inflatables in quickly and stayed throughout the day to ensure that things work smoothly. We have used them for the past four years and will continue to use them for years to come. Their level of customer service is second to none. Use Austin Moonwalks, you won't be sorry that you did!!

We have used Austin Moonwalks for several years now for our company Christmas party. They are always on time and professional, and the equipment is in good shape. We had a narrow window for pick-up and delivery this year, due to the hours we had the venue, and they were there right when they said they would be for both delivery and pick-up.

I was impressed with their professionalism compared to previous companies I've used for bouncy castles. I especially liked the email several days in advance with the additional information as well as the info sheets provided with delivery, in particular a contact number if I needed last minute help. I doubt I'll ever need it, but it's great to know that's available if a problem occurred. The bouncy castle was delivered well in advance of the party and picked up that evening. They took a credit card for the deposit and then check or cash for the remaining balance at delivery
