We had a great experience with Operation Jump! Our party was last minute and they were able to accommodate with reasonable pricing, quick and simple communication, prompt delivery and a sparkling, clean inflatable. (The last place we had a jump house from was SO grimey and had old candy wrappers in it. My kids got sick after that party) but Operation Jump was clean and Whiney which this mama loves!

Excellent customer service! Picked up my call at 7pm on a weeknight & helped me book what I needed. Kept in constant contact with me the entire week of my delivery & before they arrived & before they picked up. Corn popper was immaculate & the games were in great shape. Very easy to order, they were super communicative in the days leading up (without being annoying) and showed up ahead of time to set the bouncy castle up. The bouncy castle itself was great fun! Very spacious - felt larger than other ones I've been in. Great service and price. Stephen was very friendly with setting up and taking it down later that day.

We ordered a 16' foot double lane water slide and they delivered early and picked up on time. Had great communication via text updates throughout the day and were very friendly! Had the rental the entire day from 11 AM till 8 PM!! kids had a blast!! We will be using them again for future rentals! Water slide was great quality, anchored into the ground, came with it's own hose and they crew fully setup and made sure it was working.

Had the best experience with this company. Polite, responsive and go above and beyond to give exceptional customer service. I had some reservations with renting a water slide during COVID, but he answered all my questions about sanitizing etc.
Chris came early to install the water slide and didn't charge for this extra time. We loved the slide and had a great time. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We rented a bouncy castle with the cotton candy machine for our daughter's birthday party, and it was a hit! We also requested a balloon artist in the last minute, luckily Chris was able to find someone to come in. All the kids had a great time
