We're a locally-owned bounce house rental and carnival ride company that's been working since 2009! I rented a bouncy house from this company on a Saturday. They were honest in saying they have been extremely busy with many events and low staffed, so I appreciated them being transparent from the beginning. I paid them one half up front and the next once they delivered. I did not have to be home for them to set it up, so I liked that. There was a bit of customer service issue, but they were able to resolve it in a week.

This will be our third year repeating business with Phyliss and the train quest! Every experience has been exceptional and surpassed our expectations. We live a little further out of Austin in Bastrop and the train quest has always delivered and let us use the rentals for a longer period of time without charging! The delivery guys have always been knowledgeable and set us up and explain everything very carefully! I have worked with The Train Quest multiple times. The Owner, Phyllis, always directly interacts with me and is able to answer all my questions. I have rented a water slide, slip & slide, obstacle course, inflatable movie screen, paddle boats and train. She has been very flexible on last minute cancellations due to the weather and let me use the credit incurred on our next event. She has also been flexible with scheduling drop off and pick up based on my schedule.

Apart from being over an hour late to arrive for our function, let alone to be ready, we were told we would receive a partial refund. Then days later we got told there would be no refund because people enjoyed the rides.... not taking into account the 20/30 people who left and didn't come back after waiting for this event. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. We received several phone calls asking for the check as soon as we booked. And we even changed our event time to be what they said would be more convenient for them... save your money and the head ache

I placed a order to rent 2 of the Throne chairs. Amazing customer service since the first phone call was made, till the time they picked up the chairs. Very accommodating as well. Delivery was on time and pick up was as well. Very nice products and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend their services for any type of rental they offer. We will be doing business with TrainQuest in the near future! We are actually in the works for our child’s 1st birthday with Phyllis and her team. Thank you TrainQuest Austin!

We had a really good first experience, but this last one has been absolutely terrible.
We had an event that we scheduled when Phyllis said would be best for her. They were supposed to be ready by 3.... so at 3:40 they were no where in site. They finally arrived and weren’t set up till 4:25....we called and spoke with Phyllis who said we would get a partial refund. Well then some fake person emailed us days later saying that they weren’t going to give us any money back. Now there is absolutely no civil response. Do not pay them till after your event, otherwise you end up out of money. So many

Phyllis was absolutely amazing to work with! She was patient & kind, made fabulous recommendations geared towards the event I was hosting, & adaptable to late changes due to weather concerns. I rented 3 items from The Train Quest for an event I had for my family. The service they provided was just completely outstanding; from the owner, the workers who dropped off the equipment and also the equipment itself. I would give 10 stars if it were possible. I'll most definitely be using The Train Quest again for all of my future events..

We cannot recommend this company AT ALL. We rented an inflatable water slide for our son's bday and it was in shoddy condition. It was VERY worn. For the price, I definitely expected nicer. That wasn't even the problem. Upon pick up the workers backed in to our motor home causing $7k in damage to it and breaking out the back window of their van. They did not bother to inform me. I heard the collision, went outside only to see them driving off. I messaged Phyllis and put her in contact with my husband. In their first conversation Phyllis stated she was not insured. I am a business owner and I specialize in children's hair. I wanted to throw a party for all of my occurring client's and didn't know who to contact. I called all around town and finally ran across The Train Quest Party Rental Company. To my astonishment the phone rang on the first ring!!! The operator was extremely friendly and gave me great information. I rented the Build a Bear stuffing machine, the cotton candy machine, and they also had a parachute ride that took the kids 20 feet in the hair.
