We hosted our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Vienna Roslyn last Saturday. It was beyond exceptional. We could not have picked a better venue, and our guests are still raving about the party. My daughter had the time of her life. The place looks so classy and beautiful, and every detail of the party was perfect, thanks to Chris (the event manager) who was wonderful and so helpful with all the details and planning. We had our welcome party the night before our wedding here last weekend, and everything was perfect! From the moment you entered, everyone was blown away by the decor and vibe. Guests were able to socialize, drink and enjoy delicious food, and then get down to partying and dancing the rest of the night away.
Matt was super enthusiastic and responsive, really great to work with in booking the event. And Chris took over and gave great recommendations for food, making the day-of coordinating easy. All bar staff and servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating, keeping the night running smoothly

I wanted to share my experience because my wife is still on cloud nine!! From the minute you walk in the door to book the party to the minute you leave that night when the party is over the experience is just unreal! Chris the maitre d just puts everything together for you and it’s really a stress free environment and a one stop shop with everything that you want! We hosted my sisters 50th Birthday Party here this past weekend. All I can say is BEYOND AMAZING!! The place is gorgeous, so elegant yet so inviting and cozy. Matt was so easy to work with, his main goal was that we had an experience of a lifetime (which we ALL did). Chris was on top of everything. No detail was overlooked. First time in this place and I loved it! We hosted our Monat event and it was better than I expected staff was amazing, our host Chris was super professional! PLACE WAS SUPER BEAUTIFUL AMAZING LIGHTS! Chris made sure our night was very special super I mean super attentive! Food was so tasty and super clean! Most people know that I was in the party business for a long time . I find the key to a really successful party is the fact that when you walk in the doors of that venue you leave the whole world behind. I had my 40th birthday party here this past weekend and all I can say is WOW! Everything was perfect! The food, drinks, staff, DJ. They made me feel like family.
Working with Matt and Chris in the weeks leading up to the party was a pleasure. They were so accomodating.
I got so many calls the next day from guests at the party saying how amazing the place was and 3 guests at the party already have booked a party there!

The place is cute and the love the decor! Unfortunately they don't offer a drink menu. What does that mean is the bar tender can make you whatever he wants and charge you want ever he wants. Not so great luck today we got a horrible tasteless cocktail for $15... it's not the money, it's the principle.
I think this place can do much better if they offer a drink menu with up-to day drinks which can match they decor.

It's Sunday, we just recovered from a wonderful night on Friday celebrating my husband Jason's 40th birthday!!! When we first met Matt, we were on the fence about having a party. His enthusiasm and his understanding of the vibe we wanted made us get excited about the idea. We answered a couple of questions for them to better understand what we wanted and we got exactly that. Unfortunately I have to change my rating based on the fact I checked my credit card statement and saw an unauthorized charge. I was there on Friday evening and I had a 24 dollar charge. That charge was correct. After reviewing my statement on my chase app, I notice that I was charged two times. It seems to be a trend in the area that bars and lounges think they can charge the customer something extra and the customer doesn't catch it or care. Well I caught it and I do care. So I contacted my credit card company and they will be contacting this establishment and I will be getting a refund.

The place is beautiful and on a great location on Long Island. Bartenders and DJs are really good. Thursday's, Friday's, and Saturday's. Out of nowhere they brought a Greek band. Love the Greek culture (it's the best), but seriously? Management and the owner most likely don't care about their people. I love going to a spot where management is polite and involved. There are so many opportunities for this spot. It's unfortunate because it really is beautiful. It's worth your trip for the decor. Came here a few more times and it looks like the service is starting to go downhill already. I don't know if i'll come back here again because it seems like the last few times - they forgot either my drink or a food item. The pizza was good, pretzel was burnt this time. Cajun chicken wasn't blackened, just grilled. Wasn't busy at all, waitress kept taking a long time to come to the table. I also don't enjoy when someone goes out to smoke and the door is kept open so the smoke lingers to the tables while people are eating.

Could be a cool local spot for some dancing and drinks but more so for an older crowd (40+). There is only one little bathroom in the entire place in the small downstairs bar.
I've been here a handful of times for after dinner drinks (most when it was still the chalet and only once since the name change/new ownership). What stayed the same - parking is always terrible and there is still no coat check. The last time I went, there was a 50th birthday party and they closed out the entire first floor with the exception of the little section by the upstairs bar. It was awfully crowded

I have so many other reviews to catch up on but I felt this one needed to be done. I've been here when it was the Chalet but first time under new name and possibly new ownership? My friend and I came last Friday to grab a drink. There was a private party going on. The bouncer was really welcoming and found us a seat. They get a point for that and yes the decor has a cool chic Manhattan vibe. Another point. We wound up ordering food/tapas. We ordered the lobster guacamole, braised short ribs and cajun pasta. Had dinner here on Saturday night for the first time. The venue is beautiful and a lot of money was put into renovating it. The food was very good -- dips with pita, pizza, lamb chops. I'm not a huge fan of tapas but what we ordered seemed to be full size portions. I felt that if I were 25 yrs younger I would have enjoyed this evening a lot more. The music was blaring, the room was very dark and the a/c was so pumped up that we chose to sit outdoors. Might be different on a night there is no music. Hope they attract the crowd they are seeking.
