Toni Ann was a amazing to work with and was very patience / accommodating with all the pandemic hiccups we had to endure

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! THEY HAVE CYBER SECURITY ISSUE!! Their internal system was hacked and their employee's company email was hacked!! We thought we were emailing the official JT email and paying the $2,000 venue deposit according to the instruction given by the banquet manager (Antony Petronella) whom we met in person, and we even received a contract after we've paid the deposit. But it was all a scam!! Their internal system was hacked!! And when we called the official JT staff to confirm whether they've received the deposit, they said they have not. What can I say about Jericho Terrace besides what an awesome experience it was to have our wedding there! From the first phone call with Amanda and our first meeting with Mike to our meeting with Maitre d' Chet who made sure everything was planned and executed smoothly; we couldn't have been happier. I attended a wedding on a Sunday at Jericho Terrace. Beautiful in presentation. I arrived in the afternoon an left when it was dark out...both views were lovely. The lighted water to the nicely lit hall were all very attractive.
The employees were all very curtious and extremely friendly. There were other events happening and the staff had everyone safe and knowing where they belong.
The food presentation was excellent and the many stations had very tasty foods from around the world. It was kind to tip at the bar but not mandatory.

Jericho Terrace is a beautiful venue but what makes it more beautiful is the well coordinated and hardworking staff. They were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end!!! Anthony and Noelle need an extra Thank-You because they were the absolute best on my daughters wedding day. Especially Noelle- She went over and beyond from beginning to end- never left our side and was always next to us when we needed her throughout the evening. This place is amazing. Great views around the property. Interior is fantastic with the water features, lots of stairs between flights, but the do have elevators. The lower section floors you need a ramp in place for wheelchair or handlebar assist tools. Bathrooms are not handicap accessible or friendly.

I just recently got married at this venue and I can honestly say this was the most magical experience. Everyone enjoyed themselves, the food was amazing, and the open bar is no joke. Anthony and Chet were amazing people to work with and made sure everything was above our expectations. If you’re looking for a venue to throw a party at I highly advise to use this venue. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Not only did this place take away my wedding date from me with short weeks in advance, but they now refuse to return the money that is due to me. My sister had her wedding there yesterday and we had a really good time. Rob and Edmund really made the day great for her. Social distance was enforced and because the guests wore masks the bridal party was able to remove ours for the ceremony and photos. Sit down cocktail hour with waiters coming consistently with new options. I ordered the skirt steak and got a whole tbone lol. Wished we could have utilized the dance floor but Daddy Cuomo won't allow that yet. All and all excellent wedding.

I had a great time attending a wedding at this place and felt the hospitality and warms upon arrival. The place is huge with modern decoration. It has several halls for events and a large reception area. It also has a very large parking lot with valet service if needed. Step right up to the wedding factory! Careful pulling in because you might hit a wedding party taking pictures. After valet seamlessly takes your vehicle you arrive on the left. The ushers tell you where the room is, but odds are you'll get confused and have to ask a few times. Cocktail hour was strange. Many stations, infact there was an ice luge which was not manned at anytime. The line was long and none of the food was anything fantastic, but good enough. There were barely enough tables and you could hear the party in the room over. Waitstaff crossed the back room to get to other rooms
