For our online auctions, register on our website for a New Bidder Account. Then you can place bids in any of our online auctions.
These Bidder Terms and Conditions apply to online auctions conducted by Grindstaff Auctions & Realty LLC ("Grindstaff"), and constitute a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between Grindstaff and each Bidder. I participated in my first auction with Grindstaff this April, 2021. It was an estate sale and they had hundreds of lots up for auction. I found it very easy to set up my account and to use the bidding process. They communicated with me via email when one of my bids was eclipsed, and provided links to change my bid if I wanted to. As the auction came to a close, I watched various items move to the "sold" status and was lucky enough to win some of the items I had bid on. Once all was done, they sent me a confirmation email about the items I would be picking up, as well as the invoice showing that

Love Grindstaff Auction!!! Can’t ask for a better group of friendly and well trained folks. They are quick to answer questions & transactions are smooth and seamless. I would strongly advise for people that are planning on attending there auctions, too go to there previews. There online auctions are very misleading! I was not able to go to the previews due to the holidays. So I relied on the info and picture. This was my mistake. Because I got taken for a lot of broken items that were not described correctly. Also if you know it's a reproduction say so. BE HONEST I attend at least 6-10 auctions a month. It's how I make a living. I was very disappointed in Grindstaff's & if I am in there area again I will never be a patron again. This experience will be shared

We are big buyers when it comes to auctions. Most reputable companies provide honest descriptions and detailed photos to the items up for bid. Normally we would advise to go to the in person preview before the auction. In this case, we were traveling from out of town visiting family and decided to take advantage of the auction. So, we relied on their misleading descriptions!! Shame on us, we learned the hard way that they were dishonest. We spent over a thousand dollars!! But never again! We have participated in several auctions through Grindstaff Auctions and have had positive results each time. They have gone above and beyond to help us get loaded and work out pick-up when we were out of town. All staff are are helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them for your auction needs.

Jimmy, Anne, John Henry, Missy and every one of the staff members are fantastic people and so pleasant to talk to and very helpful (Thank you John and Missy for helping me with loading my items). It's amazing how knowledgeable Jimmy is when items are brought up to be auctioned, he tells you what he knows, the quality, open market value, history of the item and if there is something wrong with it, like a small chip, crack or dent, he is up front and honest. Unique estate auctions conducted largely online with previews and pickup at homes within the local region provide a great opportunity to participate in the excitement and fun of an auction without having to actually attend. A potential buyer simply registers and follows the bidding online from the comfort of their own home while Jimmy and Anne do all the work. Pickup up of 'wins' is well-organized and relatively painless - dealing with the delightful folks of the Grindstaff team is a always a pleasure!
