I am an independent insurance agency owner in Indiana and had a good friend/client whose daughter was moving to Philadelphia and needed a renter insurance policy. I am not licensed in PA and needed help from an agent who was. Jacqui was quick to respond and gather the information needed to get the policy in place...on a Saturday morning!
