D.L. Townsend Insurance Agency, LLC, and Erie Insurance have made a $2,000 donation to the Finleyville Food Pantry. As part of Erie Insurance Group's program "Erie Agents Giving Back" the D.L. Townsend Agency was able to donate $1,000 to the Finleyville Food Pantry on behalf of Erie Insurance. The D.L. Townsend Agency matched that donation for a total of $2,000 and also provided 400 reusable grocery bags.

If you need an insurance agent, I highly recommend Courtney at DL Townsend. My dad and I switched to DL Townsend a few years ago. Courtney did an excellent job with helping us find the right policies for our needs. She was patient in answering our questions and promptly replied to our emails. Last month, I had a fairly complicated auto claim that this office handled seamlessly. Communication between the agents, the adjusters and myself was quick and easy. From initial estimates, to a rental car and putting the work order in with the auto body shop, everything was smooth. I recommend David and his team to anyone looking for any insurance policy!

Do you like having a responsible insurance agency? If so, DO NOT go anywhere near DL Townsend Insurance. My wife and I were married in November of last year and went on our honeymoon directly after. The week after thanksgiving, we called about bundling home and auto insurance policies. The clerk informed us that because we had not immediately changed our marital status, that they could cancel our policy. We filled out all of the forms immediately to the office informing them of my coverage and personal information. They take 3 months to respond to us and ask that we fill out additional information
