I had a very hard problem to solve and even though Char is not my agent( Out of the office on a claim) the problem was solved. This proves to me that State Farm is a company that is truly committed to their clients, not just paper shufflers. Char went out of her way and saw the problem through to a satisfactory conclusion, even though she had a whole desk full.of work to do. This company is a big family, and their different.offices work as one when problems arise. They, thankfully included me to me in that family today. I had my car in the shop.
