So disappointed.
Since covid, they weren't allowing owners in with their pets. My pet gets very stressed, so I asked if I could wait until I could go in to bring him in. He is an indoor only cat. Whoever I spoke with said it would be fine. So only recently have they been allowing people inside.
I talked with someone who said it would be OK to bring my cat in after the 1st of the year.
My dad is elderly a cancer patient, and I am his caregiver. I also recently have gone through brain surgery (Oct) myself and am recovering as well. Additionally, I am taking physical therapy.

They've gone above and beyond for my pets. From routine care to emergencies. They have a great organized intake system since the pandemic started. Everyone is friendly, down to Earth, and easy to talk to about concerns. Even when they are busy, they never forget to follow up.

Dr. Karen Clark and her assistants saved our dog's life three times over a decade due to various injuries and illnesses from which he suffered. They genuinely love animals and will treat your pet as if it is their own. Their staff includes three doctors, several technicians, and an always courteous and helpful front desk. We will use no other vet for however long Crossroads is there.
