Ballerobica is a total body workout that combines the fundamentals of ballet with cardio and strength training. The ballet barre is used to support the body in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean muscles. The cardio revs up your metabolic rate for an increased calorie burn, and the strength training tones and tightens.
Is Ballerobica good for different age groups? Absolutely. Throughout all Ballerobica training you will learn to help cater to your client's needs. We offer various cardio options, teach modifications and advancements as well as offer several combinations for each Ballerobica class in our training Manual.
The Ballerobica Level 1 video gives you a total body workout that is both effective and fun! The Tutorial (19 minutes): This segment will help you learn the basics about posture, body placement, and ballet terminology.
