THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH IN MY 55 YEARS!!!! MELISSA AND DR BADIEI ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ACT LIKE CHILDREN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER THEY CANCELLED BOTH BY DAUGHTERS APPTS. WAS CALLING BACK TO LET THEM KNOW MY MOTHER ALSO HAS AN APPT WHICH I DON'T WANT HER TO GO TO...KNOWING THERE ATTITUDES! I got a referral from my primary care doctor to remove a cyst, made an appointment at Pacific Dermatology, then was surprised by a 5 minute visit with the doctor where I had to explain why I was there and what I wanted done, to which he responded that he could do it and I could make another appointment to schedule the procedure. This is after I paid a $50 copay to get in the door.
The assistant who booked my follow up appointment asked if I wanted a reminder card, but I prefer text reminders, so I told her this. I never got one. I mentioned this when I canceled the appointment after the whole

RIP OFF!!!!!! DO NOT visit this office. I went in for a simple removal. Paid up front for the service. they were not going to bill insurance because they wouldn't cover it. 3 months later I get a bill for almost $200 apparently just for an office visit. OH BUT WAIT if you don't have insurance the office visit is only $175. but if you have insurance its almost $250.....and now I am in the 31 to 60 day late payment. (where was my first bill?) this office is a JOKE.

Excellent care! Dr. Badiei and his staff that I dealt with (Shelly & Sarah) are thoughtful, caring and kind. Dr. Badiei listened thoroughly to my issues and concerns, addressed them, and created a plan for my healing and well being. I am thankful to have met them and highly recommend Pacific Dermatology for any of your dermatology needs.

They did a great job on the surgery on my eyes, but they totally lied in the "fine print" of the paperwork that my INTIAL OFFICE VISIT of 5 Minutes with the doctor was going to cost me $200. Instead of being up front and saying this, they hid it in the paperwork I signed. DO NOT VISIT THEM People, total rip off.

Great staff and excellent doctor. I was treated quickly and given tons of after care information. The doctor took the time to educate me as well. He treated the one thing that needed to be done and then assessed my other concern and determined we should wait and monitor. Integrity and honesty. I have finally found my forever dermatologist.

On consultation visit I was told it was covered by my insurance by Dr. Badiei and his assistant. Went for four treatments before getting a bill this week for over $200 each visit. Now told it is just "billable to my insurance". Maybe they could explain that stuff to patients who don't know the ins and outs of the insurance billing processes. Now I have over $800 in bills that I didn't expect. I would not have chosen to have such a minor elective procedure for this much money and pain. Very disappointed in their misleading "pitch".
