I highly recommend Precision Mold! Our bathroom sprung a leak and was infested with black mold. It was awful. In just a couple of days, Adam had the problem under control. He was effective and responsive and very kind, especially to my 5 year old Lab who just loved him. He tested the air quality before and after the restoration. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We recently had a flooding problem at our house . After the water was removed and the house was dry a mold inspection was performed and the results came back with high levels of airborne mold.
Adam Welsh owner of Precision Mold Restoration was at the house the next day to start the mediation. Adam explained to me what he was going to do and it would take about a week to finish the mediation. All exposed surfaces in the house including all the nick knacks were cleaned .
I found Adam to be very through and professional in addressing the issue and I would highly recommend his services .
