Jim arrived on time. We called Wisconsin Chimney Technicians to inspected our chimney and our trim right by the chimney where a bird had pecked out a hole. He clearly explained the situation and his recommendations for resolving the issue with the bird nest and our chimney.
He also offered to inspect our gas fireplace. He clearly explained how to clean the ceramic logs and how to adjust our glass doors to realign them with the tracks.
He did a great job and I highly recommend this company for all your chimney needs.

Jim from WI Chimney Technicians called before arriving and promptly provided me with a diagnosis on the leaks that appeared on my ceiling. He was able to diagnose the problem and make sure that he answered all my questions before he left. Despite a full schedule, Jeff squeezed my inspection into his full schedule. I could tell in short order this was a man full of knowledge, who was informative and interested in doing what was best for us without giving a sales pitch for unnecessary work. Honest, hardworking, ethical, and very customer driven. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity for your business.
