Rude on phone. I was not home when service on fireplace was done and when I got home I found that they left the front door unlocked. Also, without permission, cut the stone for fireplace inside the garage leaving a thick dust on everything in garage (including a wide open defrosting refrigerator). Pretty bad service all around in my experience.

Thorough, friendly and clean. Joan was very friendly and warm while scheduling for a chimney inspection. Daniel was also friendly - he introduced himself immediately and began to explain what he was going to do. He inspected our chimney while sharing information about the process and asking if I had any questions. He also took pictures of the top of the chimney to aid in his explanation, which was very helpful. Thank you very much!

Joan scheduled our service call and was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Daniel is the owner/technician who visited our home. He immediately offered a few options for us to correct fireplace defects in the home we just purchased. Estimate should be here in less than 24 hours.
