Carlson's were great! The woman who answers the phone and does the scheduling was so friendly. We have a gas fireplace and didn't use it last year, so we had Carlson's come to our home to refresh our memories on how to use it. Not only did he show us how to use it but he shared with me how to clean it myself. He was very helpful and informative. I will definitely call Carlson's again in the future if I need help with our chimney .

Honest, reputable, knowledgeable and friendly.. This family owned and operated business really knows their stuff.
About 8 years ago they installed a wood burning stove for me. It was no small task, as I asked them to run it through my existing chimney which involved a pair of stainless steel pipes through two stories of my house. The install went flawlessly and it has worked well ever since.
I've recently called them back in a panic because some creature decided to take up residence in my chimney. I've had other companies do the cleaning over the years but none have been so thorough
