I haven’t had the best experience with State Farm to be honest , and I’ve questioned my self if I wanted to find another insurance company at times , HOWEVER , ****Rachel Monplaisir**** has done a TREMENDOUSLY AMAZING job at what she does , always being available to help me in any situation I need help on & going WELL OVER my expectations! She is the reason , we’ve stayed with State Farm and will continue to stay with State Farm! She always makes sure we are satisfied, explains things with us in detail & does everything she possibly can to make sure we have the best coverage we can get .

State Farm is AWFUL! I pay over $500 monthly in premiums and now State Farm doesn’t want to take care of my claim. Meanwhile, I am without my car for the holidays due to them dragging their feet. Additionally, I guess my black skin makes Kayla at Wendy Folmar’s State Farm Office in Brewton, Alabama comfortable to laugh in my face, raise her voice at me and then hang up in my face when I have questions on my policy and them not paying my insurance claims. Unprofessional. If I were a white woman, she wouldn’t have done that.

CANNOT recommend enough!! Breck and his office care about his clients!! I never thought it would ever have to be used but my daughter rolled her car and totalled it out. Luckily, she walked away without any… scratches but her car was gone!! Breck and Rachel were on the ball with getting everything taken care of and not only that, but he continued to check on her and check to make sure State Farm was taking care of us during what I thought would be a long, difficult process!! They turned this into a super easy and super fast process and she was back in a new car by the end of the week!! I

Breck is the best insurance agent me and my wife Kellye have ever had. He actually cares if you get a good deal instead of just sticking you with some policy. He also finds the best automobile coverage for you that fits your budget and a deductible that is manageable if you are ever in an automobile accident.
