Jumpstyles Inc cancelled the night before on 20 five year old kids. Claimed rain as issue. Called a competitor and they brought a house out ASAP. Asked about rain and cancelling, they said when there is only a small amount of rain on radar, most places do not cancel. Had to pay a lot more money for promised bounce house.

It was really easy to do business with Jumpstyles. Their prices were reasonable. And - there was an unexpected torrential downpour right when our party started and Jumpstyles reached out to let us know that we could keep the bouncy longer to not disappoint the kids. What customer service! I can tell you I've already recommended them to multiple people.

I used Jumpstyles because Dino Jump doesn't serve Skokie anymore. Their prices were also better than another place I checked.
Jumpstyles took my information and confirmed the price and availability quickly. Brian, the driver, kept in good touch, providing delivery time.
The team set up the bouncer and then thoroughly cleaned the inside.

Thoroughly impressed with my experience. The bounce houses are very clean and they disinfect them in front of you so you can see that they are actually clean. They do this when setting up and taking down to provide piece of mind. The bounce house that we had looked new and the staff that we worked with was very polite.

I have to start by saying the bounce houses they provide are immaculate. I rented one for my nieces 7th birthday party. It was delivered on time and all the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and had the equipment in perfect condition. Besides the cleanliness and great staff, their prices are unbeatable for the quality they provide! I'm definitely recommending this to anyone who likes professionalism and quality.

Jumpstyles INC. is a great company. They offer a very wide variety of inflatables and in many different sizes. I was impressed at the variety of Disney characters they offered. The gentlemen that run the inflatables set everything up and take down in a speedy fashion. I highly recommend Jumstyles Inc for all your party needs!

Initially we rented the bounce house from them because they were an approved vendor for the park district but we are so glad we did! It was super easy and convenient to book what we wanted at the date and time we wanted. They were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and their prices are great! We even had a problem where we had to change the name on the agreement for the bounce house rental and we called them and they were super helpful and changed it with no problem and No hassle at all, and also gave us all the information we needed when asked.

The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. They made the whole rental process extremely easy. The driver arrived on time and helped us pick the perfect spot. The moonwalk was very clean and almost new. They also have the best prices. We will definitely use them from now on.
