The service and staff were absolutely wonderful. They walked me through the booking process so it was extremely easy to reserve, took less than 15 minutes. Abraham was very patient and listened to all my concerns. I’m glad I chose them to service our sons birthday party. We got the 5-in-1 combo which kept all the kids entertained throughout the entire party. Not to mention the equipment was spotless upon delivery! I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

This is my third time booking with BHC, and I will continue to book with them for all my upcoming events. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They were able to offer advice and make recommendations about which equipment would be best to take care of my guests. Every time I book with them, they find new ways to impress me with their service. They arrived promptly with the chairs and tables, so setting up the equipment was stress free for me since I had plenty of time before the event started. I highly recommend

I had to book a tent last minute due to bad weather conditions but the delivery crew still managed to arrive within a few hours and set it up to accommodate to my party’s schedule. They set everything up on short notice and I was stunned at how quickly their service was. These guys really know what they’re doing. The tent was gorgeous and super heavy duty. Very professional people, very professional high quality equipment. Totally worth it.

I've used them several times in the passed few years, and they have not disappointed either time. I'm very happy with their service because they're very helpful. I never know which tent and bounce house is appropriate for my party, but they give suggestions each time and it's obvious what they suggest really is what's appropriate for my party. They don't try to rip you off.

Service is really good. They took our order with care & helped us choose whatever is most appropriate for our party. The process was simple & understandable. They're easy to work with.The rentals we got were sparkling clean! The kids loved the bouncy castle & the adults enjoyed the concession stands. They really wanted us to be satisfied. I'm shocked with BHC Party Rentals...just WOW! I booked last minute, afraid they'll reject me, but they tried their best to bring the dunk tank and obstacle course on time, and they came even earlier than I had hoped for! Not to mention their meticulous staff; Ava asked me more than once if she could help me with anything else over the phone, and the guys who dropped off the equipment made sure I was satisfied with the setup. The equipment were clean and extremely fun. The party was just a blast for our community. I definitely recommend them and will keep coming back to them for sure!

I hired BHC to provide a tent, chairs and a bouncy house for my son's birthday. Mohammad the owner is good about responding promptly and their prices are fair. HOWEVER, the day of the party they were 5 hours late to set up which delayed our event and made everything chaotic. I was told initially they were running an hour behind which was not a big deal but every half hour or so I was notified that they were running behind. 3 hours later still waiting and was told that they didn't know where the crew was. The owner finally came himself and brought a different set of equipment which was

Bouncy and IC Party was wonderful! Mohammed was friendly, professional and prompt. Our huge bouncy house was clean and everything he described it to be. The kids loved the bouncy house and enjoyed it for hours. Drop off and pick up was easy as could be. I would highly recommend this company for any party needs!

Mohammad kept me updated throughout the day regarding estimated time of arrival for the drop-off and pick-up times for the bounce house. The bounce house arrived clean and several party attendees commented on the how nice it was. In addition to getting the bounce house, Mohammad comes to your house with an ice cream truck and had the birthday boy be the ice cream man...he loved it! The ice cream truck offered about 6 choices for the kids at the party and you get 25 pieces for free...the only suggestion would be to offer more ice cream choices for the kiddos.
